1主をほめたたえよ！ 新しい歌を主に歌え。 聖なる者たちの集会で、主をほめたたえよ。
1Hallelujah. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of the saints.
2イスラエルは、自分たちを造られた方を喜べ。 シオンの子らは、自分たちの王を喜べ。
2Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3踊りながら御名をほめたたえよ。 タンバリンと竪琴を奏でて、主をほめ歌え。
3Let them praise His name in the dance; let them sing praises unto Him with the timbrel and harp.
4主はご自分の民を喜び、 へりくだる者を救いで飾られる。
4For the LORD taketh pleasure in His people; He adorneth the humble with salvation.
5聖なる者たちは、栄誉を受けて喜べ。 寝床の上で喜び歌え。
5Let the saints exult in glory; let them sing for joy upon their beds.
6その口には神への高らかな賛美があり、 その手には両刃の剣があるように。
6Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
7国々に復讐を行い、 諸国の民に罰を与えるために。
7To execute vengeance upon the nations, and chastisements upon the peoples;
8その王たちを鎖で縛り、 貴族たちを鉄の足かせでつなぐために。
8To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
9彼らに対して、書き記されたさばきを行うために。 これは、主のすべての聖なる者たちの誉れである。 主をほめたたえよ！
9To execute upon them the judgment written; He is the glory of all His saints. Hallelujah.
