1主は王となられた。諸国の民は震えよ。 主はケルビムの上で王座に着いておられる。 地は揺れ動け。
1The LORD reigneth; let the peoples tremble; He is enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake.
2主はシオンにおいて偉大であり、 すべての民の上に高くおられる。
2The LORD is great in Zion; and He is high above all the peoples.
3あなたの偉大で恐るべき御名を、彼らがほめたたえますように。 主は聖なる方。
3Let them praise Thy name as great and awful; Holy is He.
4力ある王は公正を愛される。 あなたは公平を堅く立て、 ヤコブの中で公正と義を行われる。
4The strength also of the king who loveth justice — Thou hast established equity, Thou hast executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.
5私たちの神、主を高く上げよ。 その足台のもとでひれ伏せ。 主は聖なる方。
5Exalt ye the LORD our God, and prostrate yourselves at His footstool; Holy is He.
6モーセとアロンはその祭司たちの中におり、 サムエルは御名を呼び求める者たちの中にいた。 彼らが主を呼び求めると、主は答えられた。
6Moses and Aaron among His priests, and Samuel among them that call upon His name, did call upon the LORD, and He answered them.
7主は雲の柱の中から彼らに語られた。 彼らは主のあかしと、 主が与えられたおきてを守った。
7He spoke unto them in the pillar of cloud; they kept His testimonies, and the statute that He gave them.
8私たちの神、主よ、あなたは彼らに答えられた。 あなたは彼らを赦す神でありながら、 彼らの行いには罰を下された。
8O LORD our God, Thou didst answer them; a forgiving God wast Thou unto them, though Thou tookest vengeance of their misdeeds.
9私たちの神、主を高く上げよ。 その聖なる山でひれ伏せ。 私たちの神、主は聖なる方だからである。
9Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at His holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
