1力ある者たちの子らよ、主に帰せよ。 栄光と力を主に帰せよ。
1A Psalm of David. Ascribe unto the LORD, O ye sons of might, ascribe unto the LORD glory and strength.
2主の御名にふさわしい栄光を、主に帰せよ。 聖なる装いをして、主を伏し拝め。
2Ascribe unto the LORD the glory due unto His name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.
3主の声は水の上にある。 栄光の神は雷鳴をとどろかせる。主は大水の上におられる。
3The voice of the LORD is upon the waters; the God of glory thundereth, even the LORD upon many waters.
4主の声は力強く、 主の声は威厳に満ちている。
4The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.
5主の声は杉を砕く。 まことに、主はレバノンの杉を粉々に砕かれる。
5The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.
6主はレバノンを子牛のように、 シリオンを若い野牛のように跳ねさせる。
6He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild-ox.
7主の声は稲妻をひらめかせる。
7The voice of the LORD heweth out flames of fire.
8主の声は荒野を揺るがす。 主はカデシュの荒野を揺るがされる。
8The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.
9主の声は雌鹿に子を産ませ、 森を裸にする。 その宮の中で、すべてのものが「栄光！」と叫ぶ。
9The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and strippeth the forests bare; and in His temple all say: 'Glory.'
10主は大洪水の時に王座に着かれた。 まことに、主はとこしえに王として座られる。
10The LORD sat enthroned at the flood; yea, the LORD sitteth as King for ever.
11主はご自身の民に力を与えられる。 主はご自身の民を平和をもって祝福される。
11The LORD will give strength unto His people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.
