1私の神、王よ、私はあなたを高く上げ、 あなたの御名を、とこしえのとこしえまでほめたたえる。
1A Psalm of praise; of David. I will extol Thee, my God, O King; and I will bless Thy name for ever and ever.
2私は日ごとにあなたをほめたたえ、 あなたの御名を、とこしえのとこしえまでほめたたえる。
2Every day will I bless Thee; and I will praise Thy name for ever and ever.
3主は偉大で、大いにほめたたえられる方。 その偉大さは測り知れない。
3Great is the LORD, and highly to be praised; and His greatness is unsearchable.
4一つの世代は次の世代に、あなたの御業を語り継ぎ、 あなたの力ある御業を告げ知らせる。
4One generation shall laud Thy works to another, and shall declare Thy mighty acts.
5私は、あなたの誉れある威厳の輝きと、 あなたの不思議な御業を思い巡らす。
5The glorious splendour of Thy majesty, and Thy wondrous works, will I rehearse.
6人々は、あなたの恐るべき御業の力強さを語り、 私はあなたの偉大さを告げ知らせる。
6And men shall speak of the might of Thy tremendous acts; and I will tell of Thy greatness.
7人々は、あなたの豊かな恵みを思い起こして語り、 あなたの義を喜び歌う。
7They shall utter the fame of Thy great goodness, and shall sing of Thy righteousness.
8主は恵み深く、あわれみ深く、 怒るのに遅く、慈しみに満ちておられる。
8The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy.
9主はすべてのものに対して良い方。 そのあわれみは、造られたすべてのものの上にある。
9The LORD is good to all; and His tender mercies are over all His works.
10主よ、あなたの御業はすべて、あなたに感謝し、 あなたの聖なる者たちは、あなたをほめたたえる。
10All Thy works shall praise Thee, O LORD; and Thy saints shall bless Thee.
11彼らはあなたの王国の栄光を語り、 あなたの力を告げる。
11They shall speak of the glory of Thy kingdom, and talk of Thy might;
12あなたの力ある御業と、 あなたの王国の輝かしい威厳を、人の子らに知らせるためだ。
12To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glory of the majesty of His kingdom.
13あなたの王国は、とこしえの王国。 あなたの支配は、代々にわたって続く。 主はすべての御言葉において真実であり、 すべての御業において慈しみ深い方である。
13Thy kingdom is a kingdom for all ages, and Thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.
14主は倒れる者を皆、支え、 かがんでいる者を皆、起こされる。
14The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that are bowed down.
15すべてのものの目が、あなたを待ち望んでいる。 あなたは時にかなって、彼らに食物を与えられる。
15The eyes of all wait for Thee, and Thou givest them their food in due season.
16あなたは御手を開き、 すべての生き物の願いを満たされる。
16Thou openest Thy hand, and satisfiest every living thing with favour.
17主はそのすべての道において義であり、 そのすべての御業において恵み深い方である。
17The LORD is righteous in all His ways, and gracious in all His works.
18主は、ご自分を呼び求めるすべての者の近くにおられる。 真実をもって呼び求めるすべての者の近くに。
18The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, to all that call upon Him in truth.
19主はご自分を恐れる者たちの願いをかなえ、 その叫びを聞いて、彼らを救われる。
19He will fulfil the desire of them that fear Him; He also will hear their cry, and will save them.
20主はご自分を愛する者たちを皆、守り、 悪者をことごとく滅ぼされる。
20The LORD preserveth all them that love Him; but all the wicked will He destroy.
21私の口は主への賛美を語る。 すべての者が、その聖なる御名を、とこしえのとこしえまでほめたたえますように。
21My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD; and let all flesh bless His holy name for ever and ever.
