1Louvem ao SENHOR! Cantem ao SENHOR um cântico novo, o seu louvor na congregação dos santos.
1Hallelujah. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and His praise in the assembly of the saints.
2Alegre-se Israel naquele que o fez. Exultem os filhos de Sião no seu Rei.
2Let Israel rejoice in his Maker; let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.
3Louvem o seu nome com danças! Cantem-lhe louvores com tamborim e harpa!
3Let them praise His name in the dance; let them sing praises unto Him with the timbrel and harp.
4Pois o SENHOR se agrada do seu povo. Ele coroa os humildes com a salvação.
4For the LORD taketh pleasure in His people; He adorneth the humble with salvation.
5Exultem os santos em honra. Cantem de alegria em seus leitos.
5Let the saints exult in glory; let them sing for joy upon their beds.
6Estejam os altos louvores de Deus em suas bocas, e uma espada de dois gumes em sua mão,
6Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand;
7para executar vingança sobre as nações, e castigos sobre os povos;
7To execute vengeance upon the nations, and chastisements upon the peoples;
8para prender os seus reis com correntes, e os seus nobres com grilhões de ferro;
8To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron;
9para executar contra eles o juízo escrito. Todos os seus santos têm esta honra. Louvem ao SENHOR!
9To execute upon them the judgment written; He is the glory of all His saints. Hallelujah.
