1Хвалите Господа, јер је слатко певати Бога нашег, јер Благоме приликује хвала.
1Hallelujah; for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant, and praise is comely.
2Господ зида Јерусалим, сабира расејане синове Израиљеве;
2The LORD doth build up Jerusalem, He gathereth together the dispersed of Israel;
3Исцељује оне који су скрушеног срца, и лечи туге њихове;
3Who healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
4Избраја мноштво звезда, и све их зове именом.
4He counteth the number of the stars; He giveth them all their names.
5Велик је Господ наш и велика је крепост Његова, и разуму Његовом нема мере.
5Great is our Lord, and mighty in power; His understanding is infinite.
6Прихвата смерне Господ, а безбожне понижава до земље.
6The LORD upholdeth the humble; He bringeth the wicked down to the ground.
7Редом певајте Господу хвалу, ударајте Богу нашем у гусле.
7Sing unto the LORD with thanksgiving, sing praises upon the harp unto our God;
8Он застире небо облацима, спрема земљи дажд, чини те расте на горама трава;
8Who covereth the heaven with clouds, who prepareth rain for the earth, who maketh the mountains to spring with grass.
9Даје стоци пићу њену, и вранићима, који вичу к Њему.
9He giveth to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.
10Не мари за силу коњску, нити су Му мили краци човечији.
10He delighteth not in the strength of the horse; He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man.
11Мили су Господу они који Га се боје, који се уздају у милост Његову.
11The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear Him, in those that wait for His mercy.
12Слави, Јерусалиме, Господа; хвали Бога свог, Сионе!
12Glorify the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.
13Јер Он утврђује преворнице врата твојих, благосиља синове твоје у теби.
13For He hath made strong the bars of thy gates; He hath blessed thy children within thee.
14Ограђује међе твоје миром, насићава те једре пшенице.
14He maketh thy borders peace; He giveth thee in plenty the fat of wheat.
15Шаље говор свој на земљу, брзо тече реч Његова.
15He sendeth out His commandment upon earth; His word runneth very swiftly.
16Даје снег као вуну, сипа иње као пепео.
16He giveth snow like wool; He scattereth the hoar-frost like ashes.
17Баца град свој као залогаје, пред мразом Његовим ко ће остати?
17He casteth forth His ice like crumbs; who can stand before His cold?
18Пошаље реч своју, и све се раскрави; дуне духом својим, и потеку воде.
18He sendeth forth His word, and melteth them; He causeth His wind to blow, and the waters flow.
19Он је јавио реч своју Јакову, наредбе и судове своје Израиљу.
19He declareth His word unto Jacob, His statutes and His ordinances unto Israel.
20Ово није учинио ни једном другом народу, и судова Његових они не знају. Алилуја!
20He hath not dealt so with any nation; and as for His ordinances, they have not known them. Hallelujah.
