1Шта је сам основао на горама светим,
1A Psalm of the sons of Korah; a Song. His foundation is in the holy mountains.
2Врата сионска љуби Господ више свих станова Јаковљевих,
2The LORD loveth the gates of Zion more than all the dwellings of Jacob.
3Славно казују за Тебе, граде Божји!
3Glorious things are spoken of Thee, O city of God. Selah
4„Међу оне, који ме знају, бројаћу Мисир и Вавилон. Гле и Филистеји и Тир с етиопском онде су се родили.”
4'I will make mention of Rahab and Babylon as among them that know Me; behold Philistia, and Tyre, with Ethiopia; this one was born there.'
5О Сиону ће се говорити: Тај се и тај родио у њему; сам Вишњи утврђује га.
5But of Zion it shall be said: 'This man and that was born in her; and the Most High Himself doth establish her.'
6Господ ће у препису народа завикати: Овај се родио у њему.
6The LORD shall count in the register of the peoples: 'This one was born there.' Selah
7И који певају и веселе се, сви су извори моји у Теби.
7And whether they sing or dance, all my thoughts are in Thee.
