1Милости ћу Господње певати увек, од колена на колено јављаћу истину Твоју устима својим.
1(89-1) Maschil of Ethan the Ezrahite. (89-2) I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever; to all generations will I make known Thy faithfulness with my mouth.
2Јер знам да је зававек основана милост, и на небесима да си утврдио истину своју, рекавши:
2(89-3) For I have said: 'For ever is mercy built; in the very heavens Thou dost establish Thy faithfulness.
3„Учиних завет с избраним својим, заклех се Давиду, слузи свом:
3(89-4) I have made a covenant with My chosen, I have sworn unto David My servant:
4Довека ћу утврђивати семе твоје и престо твој уређивати од колена до колена.”
4(89-5) For ever will I establish thy seed, and build up thy throne to all generations.' Selah
5Небо казује чудеса Твоја, Господе, и истину Твоју сабор светих.
5(89-6) So shall the heavens praise Thy wonders, O LORD, Thy faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones.
6Јер ко је над облацима раван Господу? Ко ће се изједначити с Господом међу синовима Божијим?
6(89-7) For who in the skies can be compared unto the LORD, who among the sons of might can be likened unto the LORD,
7Богу се ваља клањати на сабору светих, страшнији је од свих који су око Њега.
7(89-8) A God dreaded in the great council of the holy ones, and feared of all them that are about Him?
8Господе, Боже над војскама! Ко је силан као Ти, Боже? И истина је Твоја око Тебе.
8(89-9) O LORD God of hosts, who is a mighty one, like unto Thee, O LORD? And Thy faithfulness is round about Thee.
9Ти владаш над силом морском; кад подигне вале своје, Ти их укроћаваш.
9(89-10) Thou rulest the proud swelling of the sea; when the waves thereof arise, Thou stillest them.
10Ти си оборио охоли Мисир као рањеника, крепком мишицом својом расејао си непријатеље своје.
10(89-11) Thou didst crush Rahab, as one that is slain; Thou didst scatter Thine enemies with the arm of Thy strength.
11Твоје је небо и Твоја је земља; Ти си саздао васиљену и шта је год у њој.
11(89-12) Thine are the heavens, Thine also the earth; the world and the fulness thereof, Thou hast founded them.
12Север и југ Ти си створио, Тавор и Ермон о Твом се имену радује.
12(89-13) The north and the south, Thou hast created them; Tabor and Hermon rejoice in Thy name.
13Твоја је мишица крепка, силна је рука Твоја, и висока десница Твоја.
13(89-14) Thine is an arm with might; strong is Thy hand, and exalted is Thy right hand.
14Благост је и правда подножје престолу Твом, милост и истина иде пред лицем Твојим.
14(89-15) Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Thy throne; mercy and truth go before Thee.
15Благо народу који зна трубну поклич! Господе! У светлости лица Твог они ходе;
15(89-16) Happy is the people that know the joyful shout; they walk, O LORD, in the light of Thy countenance.
16Именом се Твојим радују сав дан, и правдом Твојом узвишују се.
16(89-17) In Thy name do they rejoice all the day; and through Thy righteousness are they exalted.
17Јер си Ти красота силе њихове, и по милости Твојој узвишује се рог наш.
17(89-18) For Thou art the glory of their strength; and in Thy favour our horn is exalted.
18Јер је од Господа одбрана наша, и од Светог Израиљевог цар наш.
18(89-19) For of the LORD is our shield; and the Holy One of Israel is our king.
19Тада си говорио у утвари вернима својим, и рекао: „Послах помоћ јунаку, узвисих избраног свог из народа.
19(89-20) Then Thou spokest in vision to Thy godly ones, and saidst: 'I have laid help upon one that is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.
20Нађох Давида, слугу свог, светим уљем својим помазах га.
20(89-21) I have found David My servant; with My holy oil have I anointed him;
21Рука ће моја бити једнако с њим, и мишица моја крепиће га.
21(89-22) With whom My hand shall be established; Mine arm also shall strengthen him.
22Неће га непријатељ надвладати, и син безакоња неће му досадити.
22(89-23) The enemy shall not exact from him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
23Потрћу пред лицем његовим непријатеље његове, и ненавиднике његове поразићу.
23(89-24) And I will beat to pieces his adversaries before him, and smite them that hate him.
24Истина је моја и милост моја с њим; и у моје име узвисиће се рог његов.
24(89-25) But My faithfulness and My mercy shall be with him; and through My name shall his horn be exalted.
25Пружићу на море руку његову, и на реке десницу његову.
25(89-26) I will set his hand also on the sea, and his right hand on the rivers.
26Он ће ме звати: Ти си Отац мој, Бог мој и град спасења мог.
26(89-27) He shall call unto Me: Thou art my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation.
27И ја ћу га учинити првенцем, вишим од царева земаљских.
27(89-28) I also will appoint him first-born, the highest of the kings of the earth.
28Довека ћу му хранити милост своју, и завет је мој с њим веран.
28(89-29) For ever will I keep for him My mercy, and My covenant shall stand fast with him.
29Продужићу семе његово довека, и престо његов као дане небеске.
29(89-30) His seed also will I make to endure for ever, and his throne as the days of heaven.
30Ако синови његови оставе закон мој, и не узиду у заповестима мојим;
30(89-31) If his children forsake My law, and walk not in Mine ordinances;
31Ако погазе уредбе моје, и заповести моје не сачувају,
31(89-32) If they profane My statutes, and keep not My commandments;
32Онда ћу их покарати прутом за непокорност, и ранама за безакоње њихово;
32(89-33) Then will I visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with strokes.
33Али милости своје нећу узети од њега, нити ћу преврнути истином својом;
33(89-34) But My mercy will I not break off from him, nor will I be false to My faithfulness.
34Нећу погазити завет свој, и шта је изашло из уста мојих нећу порећи.
34(89-35) My covenant will I not profane, nor alter that which is gone out of My lips.
35Једном се заклех светошћу својом; зар да слажем Давиду?
35(89-36) Once have I sworn by My holiness: Surely I will not be false unto David;
36Семе ће његово трајати довека, и престо његов као сунце преда мном;
36(89-37) His seed shall endure for ever, and his throne as the sun before Me.
37Он ће стајати увек као месец и верни сведок у облацима.”
37(89-38) It shall be established for ever as the moon; and be stedfast as the witness in sky.' Selah
38А сад си одбацио и занемарио, разгневио си се на помазаника свог;
38(89-39) But Thou hast cast off and rejected, Thou hast been wroth with Thine anointed.
39Занемарио си завет са слугом својим, бацио си на земљу венац његов.
39(89-40) Thou hast abhorred the covenant of Thy servant; Thou hast profaned his crown even to the ground.
40Развалио си све ограде његове, градове његове обратио си у зидине.
40(89-41) Thou hast broken down all his fences; Thou hast brought his strongholds to ruin.
41Плене га сви који пролазе онуда, поста подсмех у суседа својих.
41(89-42) All that pass by the way spoil him; he is become a taunt to his neighbours.
42Узвисио си десницу непријатеља његових, обрадовао си све противнике његове.
42(89-43) Thou hast exalted the right hand of his adversaries; Thou hast made all his enemies to rejoice.
43Завратио си оштрице мача његовог, и ниси га укрепио у боју;
43(89-44) Yea, Thou turnest back the edge of his sword, and hast not made him to stand in the battle.
44Узео си му светлост, и престо његов оборио си на земљу;
44(89-45) Thou hast made his brightness to cease, and cast his throne down to the ground.
45Скратио си дане младости његове и обукао га у срамоту.
45(89-46) The days of his youth hast Thou shortened; Thou hast covered him with shame. Selah
46Докле ћеш се, Господе, једнако одвраћати, докле ће као огањ пламтети гнев Твој?
46(89-47) How long, O LORD, wilt Thou hide Thyself for ever? How long shall Thy wrath burn like fire?
47Опомени се какав је век мој, како си ни на шта створио све синове Адамове?
47(89-48) O remember how short my time is; for what vanity hast Thou created all the children of men!
48Који је човек живео и није смрти видео, и избавио душу своју из руку паклених?
48(89-49) What man is he that liveth and shall not see death, that shall deliver his soul from the power of the grave? Selah
49Где су пређашње милости Твоје, Господе? Клео си се Давиду истином својом.
49(89-50) Where are Thy former mercies, O Lord, which Thou didst swear unto David in Thy faithfulness?
50Опомени се, Господе, прекора слугу својих, који носим у недрима својим од свих силних народа,
50(89-51) Remember, Lord, the taunt of Thy servants; how I do bear in my bosom the taunt of so many peoples;
51Којим коре непријатељи Твоји, Господе, којим коре траг помазаника Твог.
51(89-52) Wherewith Thine enemies have taunted, O LORD, wherewith they have taunted the footsteps of Thine anointed.
52Благословен Господ увек! Амин, амин.
52(89-53) Blessed be the LORD for evermore. Amen, and Amen.
