1Хвалите Господа; гласите име Његово; јављајте по народима дела Његова.
1O give thanks unto the LORD, call upon His name; make known His doings among the peoples.
2Певајте Му и славите Га; казујте сва чудеса Његова.
2Sing unto Him, sing praises unto Him; speak ye of all His marvellous works.
3Хвалите се светим именом Његовим; нек се весели срце оних који траже Господа.
3Glory ye in His holy name; let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD.
4Тражите Господа и силу Његову, тражите лице Његово без престанка.
4Seek ye the LORD and His strength; seek His face continually.
5Памтите чудеса Његова која је учинио, знаке Његове и судове уста Његових.
5Remember His marvellous works that He hath done, His wonders, and the judgments of His mouth;
6Семе Аврамово слуге су Његове, синови Јаковљеви изабрани Његови.
6O ye seed of Abraham His servant, ye children of Jacob, His chosen ones.
7Он је Господ Бог наш, по свој су земљи судови Његови.
7He is the LORD our God; His judgments are in all the earth.
8Памти увек завет свој, реч, коју је дао на хиљаду колена.
8He hath remembered His covenant for ever, the word which He commanded to a thousand generations;
9Шта је заветовао Авраму, и за шта се клео Исаку.
9The covenant which He made with Abraham, and His oath unto Isaac;
10То је поставио Јакову за закон, и Израиљу за завет вечни,
10And He established it unto Jacob for a statute, to Israel for an everlasting covenant;
11Говорећи: Теби ћу дати земљу хананску у наследни део.
11Saying: 'Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance.'
12Тада их још беше мало на број, беше их мало, и беху дошљаци.
12When they were but a few men in number. Yea, very few, and sojourners in it,
13Иђаху од народа до народа, из једног царства к другом племену.
13And when they went about from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another people,
14Не даде никоме да им науди, и караше за њих цареве:
14He suffered no man to do them wrong, yea, for their sake He reproved kings:
15„Не дирајте у помазанике моје, и пророцима мојим не чините зла.”
15'Touch not Mine anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm.'
16И пусти глад на ону земљу; и потре сав хлеб што је за храну.
16And He called a famine upon the land; He broke the whole staff of bread.
17Посла пред њима човека; у робље продан би Јосиф.
17He sent a man before them; Joseph was sold for a servant;
18Оковима стегоше ноге његове, гвожђе тишташе душу његову,
18His feet they hurt with fetters, his person was laid in iron;
19Док се стече реч његова, и реч Господња прослави га.
19Until the time that his word came to pass, the word of the LORD tested him.
20Посла цар и одреши га; господар над народима, и пусти га.
20The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the peoples, and set him free.
21Постави га господарем над домом својим, и заповедником над свим што имаше.
21He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his possessions;
22Да влада над кнезовима његовим по својој вољи, и старешине његове уразумљује.
22To bind his princes at his pleasure, and teach his elders wisdom.
23Тада дође Израиљ у Мисир, и Јаков се пресели у земљу Хамову.
23Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.
24И намножи Бог народ свој и учини га јачег од непријатеља његових.
24And He increased His people greatly, and made them too mighty for their adversaries.
25Преврну се срце њихово те омрзнуше на народ Његов, и чинише лукавство слугама Његовим.
25He turned their heart to hate His people, to deal craftily with His servants.
26Посла Мојсија, слугу свог, Арона изабраника свог.
26He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron whom He had chosen.
27Показаше међу њима чудотворну силу Његову и знаке Његове у земљи Хамовој.
27They wrought among them His manifold signs, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28Пусти мрак и замрачи, и не противише се речи Његовој.
28He sent darkness, and it was dark; and they rebelled not against His word.
29Претвори воду њихову у крв, и помори рибу њихову.
29He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.
30Провре земља њихова жабама, и клети царева њихових.
30Their land swarmed with frogs, in the chambers of their kings.
31Рече, и дођоше бубине, уши по свим крајевима њиховим.
31He spoke, and there came swarms of flies, and gnats in all their borders.
32Место дажда посла на њих град, живи огањ на земљу њихову.
32He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.
33И поби чокоте њихове и смокве њихове, и потре дрвета у крајевима њиховим.
33He smote their vines also and their fig-trees; and broke the trees of their borders.
34Рече, и дођоше скакавци и гусенице небројене;
34He spoke, and the locust came, and the canker-worm without number,
35И изједоше сву траву по земљи њиховој, и поједоше род у пољу њихову.
35And did eat up every herb in their land, and did eat up the fruit of their ground.
36И поби све првенце у земљи њиховој, првине сваког труда њиховог.
36He smote also all the first-born in their land, the first-fruits of all their strength.
37Изведе Израиљце са сребром и златом, и не беше сустала у племенима њиховим.
37And He brought them forth with silver and gold; and there was none that stumbled among His tribes.
38Обрадова се Мисир изласку њиховом, јер страх њихов беше на њ пао.
38Egypt was glad when they departed; for the fear of them had fallen upon them.
39Разастре им облак за покривач, и огањ да светли ноћу.
39He spread a cloud for a screen; and fire to give light in the night.
40Молише, и посла им препелице, и хлебом их небеским храни.
40They asked, and He brought quails, and gave them in plenty the bread of heaven.
41Отвори камен и протече вода, реке протекоше по сувој пустињи.
41He opened the rock, and waters gushed out; they ran, a river in the dry places.
42Јер се опомињаше свете речи своје к Авраму, слузи свом.
42For He remembered His holy word unto Abraham His servant;
43И изведе народ свој у радости, избране своје у весељу.
43And He brought forth His people with joy, His chosen ones with singing.
44И даде им земљу народа и труд туђинаца у наследство.
44And He gave them the lands of the nations, and they took the labour of the peoples in possession;
45Да би чували заповести Његове, и законе Његове пазили. Алилуја.
45That they might keep His statutes, and observe His laws. Hallelujah.
