1Аллилуя. Хвалїте імя Господа! Хвалїте його, слуги Господнї!
1Hallelujah. Praise ye the name of the LORD; give praise, O ye servants of the LORD,
2Що стоїте в домі Господньому, у дворах дому Бога нашого.
2Ye that stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God.
3Хвалїте Господа, благий бо Господь; сьпівайте псальми імени його, воно бо любе.
3Praise ye the LORD, for the LORD is good; sing praises unto His name, for it is pleasant.
4Бо Господь вибрав собі Якова, Ізраїля — як власність свою.
4For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto Himself, and Israel for His own treasure.
5Знаю бо, що Господь великий, і Владика наш понад усїма богами.
5For I know that the LORD is great, and that our Lord is above all gods.
6Все, що Господеві подобається, творить він на небесах і на землї, на морях і в глибинях.
6Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that hath He done, in heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps;
7Підносить хмари понад землю, дає дощ з блискавками, виводить вітра із сховищ його.
7Who causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; He maketh lightnings for the rain; He bringeth forth the wind out of His treasuries.
8Він повбивав перворіднїв в Египтї, від чоловіка до скоту.
8Who smote the first-born of Egypt, both of man and beast.
9Явив ознаки і чудеса серед тебе, Египте, над Фараоном і над всїма слугами його;
9He sent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
10Погромив великі народи, і повбивав потужних царів:
10Who smote many nations, and slew mighty kings:
11Сигона, царя Аморійського, і Ога, царя Базанського, і всї царства Канаанські;
11Sihon king of the Amorites, and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan;
12І віддав землю їх в наслїддє Ізраїлю, в наслїддє народові свому.
12And gave their land for a heritage, a heritage unto Israel His people.
13Господи, імя твоє вічне; Господи, память твоя з роду в рід.
13O LORD, Thy name endureth for ever; thy memorial, O LORD, throughout all generations.
14Бо Господь зробить суд над народом своїм, і змилосердиться над своїми слугами.
14For the LORD will judge His people, and repent Himself for His servants.
15Божища народів — срібло й золото, твориво рук людських.
15The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
16Уста мають, і не заговорять; очі мають, і не бачать;
16They have mouths, but they speak not; eyes have they, but they see not;
17Уші мають, і не чують, і в устах їх нема диху.
17They have ears, but they hear not; neither is there any breath in their mouths.
18Рівні їм ті, що роблять їх, кожний, що на їх вповає.
18They that make them shall be like unto them; yea, every one that trusteth in them.
19Доме Ізраїля, прославляйте Господа! Доме Аарона, прославляйте Господа!
19O house of Israel, bless ye the LORD; O house of Aaron, bless ye the LORD;
20Доме Левії, прославляйте Господа! Боячіся Господа, прославляйте Господа!
20O house of Levi, bless ye the LORD; ye that fear the LORD, bless ye the LORD.
21Да буде благословен Господь від Сиона, що живе в Єрусалимі! Аллилуя!
21Blessed be the LORD out of Zion, who dwelleth at Jerusalem. Hallelujah.
