1Caemtloek ham ka kutdawn neh caemrhal ham ka kut aka cang puei, ka lungpang BOEIPA tah a yoethen pai saeh.
1A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD my Rock, who traineth my hands for war, and my fingers for battle;
2My lovingkindness, and my fortress, my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and He in whom I take refuge; who subdueth my people under me.
3LORD, what is man, that Thou takest knowledge of him? or the son of man, that Thou makest account of him?
4Hlang he a hohing la lutlat tih a khohnin khaw mueihlip bangla khum.
4Man is like unto a breath; his days are as a shadow that passeth away.
5BOEIPA namah kah vaan ke koisu lamtah ha rhum laeh. Tlang ke puei lamtah khuu uh kangna saeh.
5O LORD, bow Thy heavens, and come down; touch the mountains, that they may smoke.
6Cast forth lightning, and scatter them; send out Thine arrows, and discomfit them.
7Hmuensang lamkah na kut yueng lamtah kai m'paco lah. Tui len lamkah khaw, kholong hlang kah kut lamlong khaw kai n'huul lah.
7Stretch forth Thy hands from on high; rescue me, and deliver me out of many waters, out of the hand of strangers;
8Amih ka te a poeyoek la cal uh tih a bantang bantang ah laithae om.
8Whose mouth speaketh falsehood, and their right hand is a right hand of lying.
9Pathen namah taengah laa thai ka sa saeh lamtah namah te thangpa parha neh kan tingtoeng eh.
9O God, I will sing a new song unto Thee, upon a psaltery of ten strings will I sing praises unto Thee;
10Manghai rhoek te loeihnah aka pae tih a sal David te boethae cunghang lamloh aka paco.
10Who givest salvation unto kings, who rescuest David Thy servant from the hurtful sword.
11Kai he m'paco lamtah kholong ca rhoek kut lamloh kai n'huul lah. Amih ka te a poeyoek la cal tih a bantang bantang ah a honghi kak la om.
11Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hand of strangers, whose mouth speaketh falsehood, and their right hand is a right hand of lying.
12Kaimih koca rhoek tah a camoe vaengah mupoe bangla rhoeng. Ka tu rhoek te bawkim muei la a saek rhungsut bangla om uh.
12We whose sons are as plants grown up in their youth; whose daughters are as corner-pillars carved after the fashion of a palace;
Ka khohmuen ah ka boiva loh thawt tih pungtai.
13Whose garners are full, affording all manner of store; whose sheep increase by thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
14Ka boeihlum aka tloeng khaw puut pawt tih khumpael pawh.
14Whose oxen are well laden; with no breach, and no going forth, and no outcry in our broad places;
15Amah kah pilnam te tah a yoethen pai. BOEIPA te a Pathen la aka khueh pilnam te tah a yoethen pai.
15Happy is the people that is in such a case. Yea, happy is the people whose God is the LORD.
