1耶和華－我的磐石是應當稱頌的！ 他教導我的手爭戰， 教導我的指頭打仗。
1A Psalm of David. Blessed be the LORD my Rock, who traineth my hands for war, and my fingers for battle;
2他是我慈愛 的主 ，我的山寨， 我的高臺，我的救主， 我的盾牌，是我所投靠的； 他使我的百姓服在我以下。
2My lovingkindness, and my fortress, my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and He in whom I take refuge; who subdueth my people under me.
3耶和華啊，人算甚麼，你竟認識他！ 世人算甚麼，你竟顧念他！
3LORD, what is man, that Thou takest knowledge of him? or the son of man, that Thou makest account of him?
4人好像一口氣； 他的年日如同影兒快快過去。
4Man is like unto a breath; his days are as a shadow that passeth away.
5耶和華啊，求你使天下垂，親自降臨， 摸山，山就冒煙。
5O LORD, bow Thy heavens, and come down; touch the mountains, that they may smoke.
6求你發出閃電，使他們四散， 射出你的箭，使他們擾亂。
6Cast forth lightning, and scatter them; send out Thine arrows, and discomfit them.
7求你從上伸手救拔我， 救我出離大水， 救我脫離外邦人的手。
7Stretch forth Thy hands from on high; rescue me, and deliver me out of many waters, out of the hand of strangers;
8他們的口說謊話； 他們的右手起假誓。
8Whose mouth speaketh falsehood, and their right hand is a right hand of lying.
9上帝啊，我要向你唱新歌， 用十弦瑟向你歌頌。
9O God, I will sing a new song unto Thee, upon a psaltery of ten strings will I sing praises unto Thee;
10你是那拯救君王的； 你是那救僕人 大衛 脫離害命之刀的。
10Who givest salvation unto kings, who rescuest David Thy servant from the hurtful sword.
11求你救拔我， 救我脫離外邦人的手。 他們的口說謊話； 他們的右手起假誓。
11Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hand of strangers, whose mouth speaketh falsehood, and their right hand is a right hand of lying.
12我們的兒子從幼年好像樹栽子長大； 我們的女兒如同殿角石， 是按建宮的樣式鑿成的。
12We whose sons are as plants grown up in their youth; whose daughters are as corner-pillars carved after the fashion of a palace;
13我們的倉盈滿，能出各樣的糧食； 我們的羊在田間孳生千萬。
13Whose garners are full, affording all manner of store; whose sheep increase by thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
14我們的牛馱着滿馱， 沒有人闖進來 搶奪 ， 也沒有人出去 爭戰 ； 我們的街市上也沒有哭號的聲音。
14Whose oxen are well laden; with no breach, and no going forth, and no outcry in our broad places;
15遇見這光景的百姓便為有福！ 有耶和華為他們的上帝，這百姓便為有福！
15Happy is the people that is in such a case. Yea, happy is the people whose God is the LORD.
