1耶和華啊，我的心仰望你。
1A Psalm of David. Unto Thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
2我的上帝啊，我素來倚靠你； 求你不要叫我羞愧， 不要叫我的仇敵向我誇勝。
2O my God, in Thee have I trusted, let me not be ashamed; let not mine enemies triumph over me.
3凡等候你的必不羞愧； 惟有那無故行奸詐的必要羞愧。
3Yea, none that wait for Thee shall be ashamed; they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause.
4耶和華啊，求你將你的道指示我， 將你的路教訓我！
4Show me Thy ways, O LORD; teach me Thy paths.
5求你以你的真理引導我，教訓我， 因為你是救我的上帝。 我終日等候你。
5Guide me in Thy truth, and teach me; for Thou art the God of my salvation; for Thee do I wait all the day.
6耶和華啊，求你記念你的憐憫和慈愛， 因為這是亙古以來所常有的。
6Remember, O LORD, Thy compassions and Thy mercies; for they have been from of old.
7求你不要記念我幼年的罪愆和我的過犯； 耶和華啊，求你因你的恩惠，按你的慈愛記念我。
7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; according to Thy mercy remember Thou me, for Thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
8耶和華是良善正直的， 所以他必指示罪人走 正 路。
8Good and upright is the LORD; therefore doth He instruct sinners in the way.
9他必按公平引領謙卑人， 將他的道教訓他們。
9He guideth The humble in justice; and He teacheth the humble His way.
10凡遵守他的約和他法度的人， 耶和華都以慈愛誠實待他。
10All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.
11耶和華啊，求你因你的名赦免我的罪， 因為我的罪重大。
11For Thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity, for it is great.
12誰敬畏耶和華， 耶和華必指示他當選擇的道路。
12What man is he that feareth the LORD? him will He instruct in the way that He should choose.
13他必安然居住； 他的後裔必承受地土。
13His soul shall abide in prosperity; and his seed shall inherit the land.
14耶和華與敬畏他的人親密； 他必將自己的約指示他們。
14The counsel of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and His covenant, to make them know it.
15我的眼目時常仰望耶和華， 因為他必將我的腳從網裏拉出來。
15Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for He will bring forth my feet out of the net.
16求你轉向我，憐恤我， 因為我是孤獨困苦。
16Turn Thee unto me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.
17我心裏的愁苦甚多， 求你救我脫離我的禍患。
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged; O bring Thou me out of my distresses.
18求你看顧我的困苦，我的艱難， 赦免我一切的罪。
18See mine affliction and my travail; and forgive all my sins.
19求你察看我的仇敵， 因為他們人多，並且痛痛地恨我。
19Consider how many are mine enemies, and the cruel hatred wherewith they hate me.
20求你保護我的性命，搭救我， 使我不致羞愧，因為我投靠你。
20O keep my soul, and deliver me; let me not be ashamed, for I have taken refuge in Thee.
21願純全、正直保守我， 因為我等候你。
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, because I wait for Thee.
22上帝啊，求你救贖 以色列 脫離他一切的愁苦。
22Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
