1耶和华啊，我的心仰望你。
1A Psalm of David. Unto Thee, O LORD, do I lift up my soul.
2我的 神啊，我素来倚靠你； 求你不要叫我羞愧， 不要叫我的仇敌向我夸胜。
2O my God, in Thee have I trusted, let me not be ashamed; let not mine enemies triumph over me.
3凡等候你的必不羞愧； 惟有那无故行奸诈的必要羞愧。
3Yea, none that wait for Thee shall be ashamed; they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause.
4耶和华啊，求你将你的道指示我， 将你的路教训我！
4Show me Thy ways, O LORD; teach me Thy paths.
5求你以你的真理引导我，教训我， 因为你是救我的 神。 我终日等候你。
5Guide me in Thy truth, and teach me; for Thou art the God of my salvation; for Thee do I wait all the day.
6耶和华啊，求你记念你的怜悯和慈爱， 因为这是亘古以来所常有的。
6Remember, O LORD, Thy compassions and Thy mercies; for they have been from of old.
7求你不要记念我幼年的罪愆和我的过犯； 耶和华啊，求你因你的恩惠，按你的慈爱记念我。
7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; according to Thy mercy remember Thou me, for Thy goodness' sake, O LORD.
8耶和华是良善正直的， 所以他必指示罪人走 正 路。
8Good and upright is the LORD; therefore doth He instruct sinners in the way.
9他必按公平引领谦卑人， 将他的道教训他们。
9He guideth The humble in justice; and He teacheth the humble His way.
10凡遵守他的约和他法度的人， 耶和华都以慈爱诚实待他。
10All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep His covenant and His testimonies.
11耶和华啊，求你因你的名赦免我的罪， 因为我的罪重大。
11For Thy name's sake, O LORD, pardon mine iniquity, for it is great.
12谁敬畏耶和华， 耶和华必指示他当选择的道路。
12What man is he that feareth the LORD? him will He instruct in the way that He should choose.
13他必安然居住； 他的后裔必承受地土。
13His soul shall abide in prosperity; and his seed shall inherit the land.
14耶和华与敬畏他的人亲密； 他必将自己的约指示他们。
14The counsel of the LORD is with them that fear Him; and His covenant, to make them know it.
15我的眼目时常仰望耶和华， 因为他必将我的脚从网里拉出来。
15Mine eyes are ever toward the LORD; for He will bring forth my feet out of the net.
16求你转向我，怜恤我， 因为我是孤独困苦。
16Turn Thee unto me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.
17我心里的愁苦甚多， 求你救我脱离我的祸患。
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged; O bring Thou me out of my distresses.
18求你看顾我的困苦，我的艰难， 赦免我一切的罪。
18See mine affliction and my travail; and forgive all my sins.
19求你察看我的仇敌， 因为他们人多，并且痛痛地恨我。
19Consider how many are mine enemies, and the cruel hatred wherewith they hate me.
20求你保护我的性命，搭救我， 使我不致羞愧，因为我投靠你。
20O keep my soul, and deliver me; let me not be ashamed, for I have taken refuge in Thee.
21愿纯全、正直保守我， 因为我等候你。
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, because I wait for Thee.
22神啊，求你救赎 以色列 脱离他一切的愁苦。
22Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
