1耶和华啊，求你听我的祷告， 留心听我的恳求， 凭你的信实和公义应允我。
1A Psalm of David. O LORD, hear my prayer, give ear to my supplications; in Thy faithfulness answer me, and in Thy righteousness.
2求你不要审问仆人； 因为在你面前，凡活着的人没有一个是义的。
2And enter not into judgment with Thy servant; for in Thy sight shall no man living be justified.
3原来仇敌逼迫我， 将我打倒在地， 使我住在幽暗之处， 像死了许久的人一样。
3For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath crushed my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
4所以，我的灵在我里面发昏； 我的心在我里面凄惨。
4And my spirit fainteth within me; my heart within me is appalled.
5我追想古时之日， 思想你的一切作为， 默念你手的工作。
5I remember the days of old; I meditate on all Thy doing; I muse on the work of Thy hands.
6我向你举手； 我的心 渴想 你， 如干旱之地 盼雨 一样。 （细拉）
6I spread forth my hands unto Thee; my soul thirsteth after Thee, as a weary land. Selah
7耶和华啊，求你速速应允我！ 我心神耗尽！ 不要向我掩面， 免得我像那些下坑的人一样。
7Answer me speedily, O LORD, my spirit faileth; hide not Thy face from me; lest I become like them that go down into the pit.
8求你使我清晨得听你慈爱 之言 ， 因我倚靠你； 求你使我知道当行的路， 因我的心仰望你。
8Cause me to hear Thy lovingkindness in the morning, for in Thee do I trust; cause me to know the way wherein I should walk, for unto Thee have I lifted up my soul.
9耶和华啊，求你救我脱离我的仇敌！ 我往你那里藏身。
9Deliver me from mine enemies, O LORD; with Thee have I hidden myself.
10求你指教我遵行你的旨意， 因你是我的 神。 你的灵本为善； 求你引我到平坦之地。
10Teach me to do Thy will, for Thou art my God; let Thy good spirit lead me in an even land.
11耶和华啊，求你为你的名将我救活， 凭你的公义，将我从患难中领出来，
11For Thy name's sake, O LORD, quicken me; in Thy righteousness bring my soul out of trouble.
12凭你的慈爱剪除我的仇敌， 灭绝一切苦待我的人， 因我是你的仆人。
12And in Thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that harass my soul; for I am Thy servant.
