1我的心默默无声，专等候 神； 我的救恩是从他 而来 。
1(62-1) For the Leader; for Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. (62-2) Only for God doth my soul wait in stillness; from Him cometh my salvation.
2惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救； 他是我的高台，我必不很动摇。
2(62-3) He only is my rock and my salvation, my high tower, I shall not be greatly moved.
3你们大家攻击一人，把他毁坏， 如同毁坏歪斜的墙、将倒的壁，要到几时呢？
3(62-4) How long will ye set upon a man, that ye may slay him, all of you, as a leaning wall, a tottering fence?
4他们彼此商议，专要从他的尊位上把他推下； 他们喜爱谎话，口虽祝福，心却咒诅。 （细拉）
4(62-5) They only devise to thrust him down from his height, delighting in lies; they bless with their mouth, but they curse inwardly. Selah
5我的心哪，你当默默无声，专等候 神， 因为我的盼望是从他 而来 。
5(62-6) Only for God wait thou in stillness, my soul; for from Him cometh my hope.
6惟独他是我的磐石，我的拯救； 他是我的高台，我必不动摇。
6(62-7) He only is my rock and my salvation, my high tower, I shall not be moved.
7我的拯救、我的荣耀都在乎 神； 我力量的磐石、我的避难所都在乎 神。
7(62-8) Upon God resteth my salvation and my glory; the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.
8你们众民当时时倚靠他， 在他面前倾心吐意； 神是我们的避难所。 （细拉）
8(62-9) Trust in Him at all times, ye people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
9下流人真是虚空； 上流人也是虚假； 放在天平里就必浮起； 他们一共比空气还轻。
9(62-10) Men of low degree are vanity, and men of high degree are a lie; if they be laid in the balances, they are together lighter than vanity.
10不要仗势欺人， 也不要因抢夺而骄傲； 若财宝加增，不要放在心上。
10(62-11) Trust not in oppression, and put not vain hope in robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart thereon.
11神说了一次、两次，我都听见： 就是能力都属乎 神。
11(62-12) God hath spoken once, twice have I heard this: that strength belongeth unto God;
12主啊，慈爱也是属乎你， 因为你照着各人所行的报应他。
12(62-13) Also unto Thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy; for Thou renderest to every man according to his work.
