1耶和华是我的亮光，是我的拯救， 我还怕谁呢？ 耶和华是我性命的保障， 我还惧谁呢？
1A Psalm of David. The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
2那作恶的就是我的仇敌， 前来吃我肉的时候就绊跌仆倒。
2When evil-doers came upon me to eat up my flesh, even mine adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.
3虽有军兵安营攻击我，我的心也不害怕； 虽然兴起刀兵攻击我，我必仍旧安稳。
3Though a host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war should rise up against me, even then will I be confident.
4有一件事，我曾求耶和华，我仍要寻求： 就是一生一世住在耶和华的殿中， 瞻仰他的荣美，在他的殿里求问。
4One thing have I asked of the LORD, that will I seek after: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the graciousness of the LORD, and to visit early in His temple.
5因为我遭遇患难，他必暗暗地保守我； 在他亭子里，把我藏在他帐幕的隐密处， 将我高举在磐石上。
5For He concealeth me in His pavilion in the day of evil; He hideth me in the covert of His tent; He lifteth me up upon a rock.
6现在我得以昂首，高过四面的仇敌。 我要在他的帐幕里欢然献祭； 我要唱诗歌颂耶和华。
6And now shall my head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me; and I will offer in His tabernacle sacrifices with trumpet-sound; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.
7耶和华啊，我用声音呼吁的时候，求你垂听； 并求你怜恤我，应允我。
7Hear, O LORD, when I call with my voice, and be gracious unto me, and answer me.
8你说 ：你们当寻求我的面。 那时我心向你说：耶和华啊， 你的面我正要寻求。
8In Thy behalf my heart hath said: 'Seek ye My face'; Thy face, LORD, will I seek.
9不要向我掩面。 不要发怒赶逐仆人， 你向来是帮助我的。 救我的 神啊，不要丢掉我， 也不要离弃我。
9Hide not Thy face from me; put not Thy servant away in anger; Thou hast been my help; cast me not off, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.
10我父母离弃我， 耶和华必收留我。
10For though my father and my mother have forsaken me, the LORD will take me up.
11耶和华啊，求你将你的道指教我， 因我仇敌的缘故引导我走平坦的路。
11Teach me Thy way, O LORD; and lead me in an even path, because of them that lie in wait for me.
12求你不要把我交给敌人，遂其所愿； 因为妄作见证的和口吐凶言的，起来攻击我。
12Deliver me not over unto the will of mine adversaries; for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out violence.
13我若不信在活人之地得见耶和华的恩惠， 就早已丧胆了 。
13If I had not believed to look upon the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living! —
14要等候耶和华！ 当壮胆，坚固你的心！ 我再说，要等候耶和华！
14Wait on the LORD; be strong, and let thy heart take courage; yea, wait thou for the LORD.
