1耶和华啊，求你帮助，因虔诚人断绝了； 世人中间的忠信人没有了。
1(12-1) For the Leader; on the Sheminith. A Psalm of David. (12-2) Help, LORD; for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men.
2人人向邻舍说谎； 他们说话，是嘴唇油滑，心口不一。
2(12-3) They speak falsehood every one with his neighbour; with flattering lip, and with a double heart, do they speak.
3凡油滑的嘴唇和夸大的舌头， 耶和华必要剪除。
3(12-4) May the LORD cut off all flattering lips, the tongue that speaketh proud things!
4他们曾说：我们必能以舌头得胜； 我们的嘴唇是我们自己的， 谁能作我们的主呢？
4(12-5) Who have said: 'Our tongue will we make mighty; our lips are with us: who is lord over us?'
5耶和华说：因为困苦人的冤屈 和贫穷人的叹息， 我现在要起来， 把他安置在他所切慕的稳妥之地。
5(12-6) 'For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise', saith the LORD; 'I will set him in safety at whom they puff.'
6耶和华的言语是纯净的言语， 如同银子在泥炉中炼过七次。
6(12-7) The words of the LORD are pure words, as silver tried in a crucible on the earth, refined seven times.
7耶和华啊，你必保护他们； 你必保佑他们永远脱离这世代的人。
7(12-8) Thou wilt keep them, O LORD; Thou wilt preserve us from this generation for ever.
8下流人在世人中升高， 就有恶人到处游行。
8(12-9) The wicked walk on every side, when vileness is exalted among the sons of men.
