1神啊，求你不要静默！ 神啊，求你不要闭口，也不要不作声！
1(83-1) A Song, a Psalm of Asaph. (83-2) O God, keep not Thou silence; hold not Thy peace, and be not still, O God.
2因为你的仇敌喧嚷， 恨你的抬起头来。
2(83-3) For, lo, Thine enemies are in an uproar; and they that hate Thee have lifted up the head.
3他们同谋奸诈要害你的百姓， 彼此商议要害你所隐藏的人。
3(83-4) They hold crafty converse against Thy people, and take counsel against Thy treasured ones.
4他们说：来吧，我们将他们剪灭， 使他们不再成国！ 使 以色列 的名不再被人记念！
4(83-5) They have said: 'Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.'
5他们同心商议， 彼此结盟，要抵挡你，
5(83-6) For they have consulted together with one consent; against Thee do they make a covenant;
6就是住帐棚的 以东 人和 以实玛利 人， 摩押 和 夏甲 人，
6(83-7) The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab, and the Hagrites;
7迦巴勒 、 亚扪 ， 和 亚玛力 、 非利士 并 泰尔 的居民。
7(83-8) Gebal, and Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;
8亚述 也与他们连合； 他们作 罗得 子孙的帮手。 （细拉）
8(83-9) Assyria also is joined with them; they have been an arm to the children of Lot. Selah
9求你待他们，如待 米甸 ， 如在 基顺河 待 西西拉 和 耶宾 一样。
9(83-10) Do Thou unto them as unto Midian; as to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the brook Kishon;
10他们在 隐·多珥 灭亡， 成了地上的粪土。
10(83-11) Who were destroyed at En-dor; they became as dung for the earth.
11求你叫他们的首领像 俄立 和 西伊伯 ， 叫他们的王子都像 西巴 和 撒慕拿 。
11(83-12) Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, and like Zebah and Zalmunna all their princes;
12他们说：我们要得 神的住处， 作为自己的产业。
12(83-13) Who said: 'Let us take to ourselves in possession the habitations of God.'
13我的 神啊，求你叫他们像旋风的尘土， 像风前的碎秸。
13(83-14) O my God, make them like the whirling dust; as stubble before the wind.
14火怎样焚烧树林， 火焰怎样烧着山岭，
14(83-15) As the fire that burneth the forest, and as the flame that setteth the mountains ablaze;
15求你也照样用狂风追赶他们， 用暴雨恐吓他们。
15(83-16) So pursue them with Thy tempest, and affright them with Thy storm.
16愿你使他们满面羞耻， 好叫他们寻求你—耶和华的名！
16(83-17) Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek Thy name, O LORD.
17愿他们永远羞愧惊惶！ 愿他们惭愧灭亡！
17(83-18) Let them be ashamed and affrighted for ever; yea, let them be abashed and perish;
18使他们知道：惟独你— 名为耶和华的—是全地以上的至高者！
18(83-19) That they may know that it is Thou alone whose name is the LORD, the Most High over all the earth.
