Pjalm 2
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
JPS Tanakh (Jewish Publication Society, 1917)
1DA me men liki kan li n ari n arki, o da me wei kan lamelam eki me mal akan?
1Why are the nations in an uproar? And why do the peoples mutter in vain?
2Nanmarki en jappa kan kin kanudi o jaupeidi kan kapukapu n pena, en kaokaoe dodok en leowa o Japwilim a me keidier.
2The kings of the earth stand up, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against His anointed:
3Kitail en kawela ara men jaliedi o kaje ja n kitail ara jal akan!
3'Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.'
4A me kotikot nanla n , kotin kiparamateki, o Kaun o kotin mamale kin irail.
4He that sitteth in heaven laugheth, the Lord hath them in derision.
5Eu ran a pan kotin kapu n o n ir ni a o n io n ; o ni a o n io n lapalap a pan kotin kamajak irail.
5Then will He speak unto them in His wrath, and affright them in His sore displeasure:
6A n ai kajapwilada ai Nanmarki pon dol en Jion jaraui.
6'Truly it is I that have established My king upon Zion, My holy mountain.'
7A n ai pan padaki wei duen aude pan kapu n en leowa! A kotin majani o n ia er: Koe nai Ol, ran wet I kaipwi uk adar!
7I will tell of the decree: the LORD said unto me: 'Thou art My son, this day have I begotten thee.
8Poeki re i, I ap pan ki o n uk, en jojoki men liki kan, o en aneki imwin jappa kan.
8Ask of Me, and I will give the nations for thine inheritance, and the ends of the earth for thy possession.
9Koe pan kawe irail ekidi jokon mata, o kamor irail paja n raj o n dal akan.
9Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.'
10Ari, komail nanmarki kan en dukidi, o komail jaunkapu n en jappa kan en lolekonala!
10Now therefore, O ye kings, be wise; be admonished, ye judges of the earth.
11Papan leowa ni lan o pereperen ni majak!
11Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
12Metik japwilim a Ol, pwe a der o n io n , o komail ap lokidokila pon al o, pwe a o n io n kak mada n tapida. A meid pai ir karoj, me liki i.
12Do homage in purity, lest He be angry, and ye perish in the way, when suddenly His wrath is kindled. Happy are all they that take refuge in Him.
