Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
JPS Tanakh (Jewish Publication Society, 1917)
1I KAPI N A komui ja n nan mo n ion i, i pan kakaule kin komui mon dikedik en ani kan.
1A Psalm of David. I will give Thee thanks with my whole heart, in the presence of the mighty will I sing praises unto Thee.
2I pan kakaudok inen wo n japwilim omui im en kaudok jaraui, o kapi n a mar omui, pweki omui kala n an o melel, pwe kom kotin kali n anada mar omui ja n meakaroj ki omui majan.
2I will bow down toward Thy holy temple, and give thanks unto Thy name for Thy mercy and for Thy truth; for Thou hast magnified Thy word above all Thy name.
3Ni ai likwir wo n komui, komui ap kotin ma n i ia, o kom kamanada mo n ion i melel.
3In the day that I called, Thou didst answer me; Thou didst encourage me in my soul with strength.
4Mai n leowa, nanmarki en jappa karoj pan kapi n a komui, ni ar pan ro n majan en jila n ir.
4All the kings of the earth shall give Thee thanks, O LORD, for they have heard the words of Thy mouth.
5O re pan kauleki al en leowa kan, pwe li n an en leowa meid laud.
5Yea, they shall sing of the ways of the LORD; for great is the glory of the LORD.
6Pwe leowa me lapalap ap kotin irero n me tikitik kan, o a kotin ma n i me aklapalap, ja n ni waja doo.
6For though the LORD be high, yet regardeth He the lowly, and the haughty He knoweth from afar.
7Ni ai weweid nan kamajak melel, kom kin kotin kolekol o n ia maur i, o kom kin kapa wo n lim omui pan makar en ai imwintiti kan, o kom jaunja ia da ki lim omui maun.
7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, Thou quickenest me; Thou stretchest forth Thy hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and Thy right hand doth save me.
8leowa pan kotin wiawia ia. Mai n leowa, omui kala n an me pan potopot eta; Kom der kotin muei ja n dodok en lim omui kan.
8The LORD will accomplish that which concerneth me; Thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever; forsake not the work of Thine own hands.
