JPS Tanakh (Jewish Publication Society, 1917)
1KOT Ieowa manaman majanier o molipedo jappa ja n ni tapin katipin lel ni a kiridi.
1A Psalm of Asaph. God, God, the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
2Li n an en Kot tapida ja n Jion.
2Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined forth.
3Atail Kot kotido, o a jota kin kotin japaimokit. Kijiniai kelail kin tio n mo a, o melimel laud kin mi impa.
3Our God cometh, and doth not keep silence; a fire devoureth before Him, and round about Him it stormeth mightily.
4A kotin molipe la n o jappa, pwen kapu n ala japwilim a aramaj akan!
4He calleth to the heavens above, and to the earth, that He may judge His people:
5Komail kapokon pena nai lelapok kan, me wiadar ar inau o n ia ni anjau en mairon!
5'Gather My saints together unto Me; those that have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.'
6Nanla n pan kajaleda a pu n ; pwe Kot kin kotin kadeikada.
6And the heavens declare His righteousness; for God, He is judge. Selah
7Komail nai aramaj akan ro n , I pan padaki o n komail. Ijrael, I pan kaparoki o n komail: N ai Kot, om Kot.
7'Hear, O My people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: God, thy God, am I.
8I jota pan kaloke uk pweki om mairo n , pwe om mairo n ijij kin wiaui o n ia anjau karoj.
8I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices; and thy burnt-offerings are continually before Me.
9Ari jo, I jota pan ale ja n komail kau ol de kut o jip ol ja n nan im omail.
9I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he-goats out of thy folds.
10Pwe man en nan wei karoj me ai o pil man akan, me mimi pon nana kid pak toto.
10For every beast of the forest is Mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
11I aja manpir en nana karoj o jo n en man karoj, me mi nan jap, kin mi re i.
11I know all the fowls of the mountains; and the wild beasts of the field are Mine.
12Ma I men ma n adar, I jota pan inda n uk, pwe jappa me ai o audepa karoj.
12If I were hungry, I would not tell thee; for the world is Mine, and the fulness thereof.
13Da, koe lamelame, me I kin ino n io n uduk en kau ol, de I men nim ntan kut ol?
13Do I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14Mairo n ki danke o n Kot o kapu n ala n me Lapalap o om inau.
14Offer unto God the sacrifice of thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the Most High;
15Likwir do n ia ni om injenjued, I ap pan dore uk ala, a koe pan kapi n a ia.
15And call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver thee, and thou shalt honour Me.'
16A Kot kotin majani o n me japu n o: Da me koe kaparok duen ai kujoned akan, o lokaia kida au om duen ai inau,
16But unto the wicked God saith: 'What hast thou to do to declare My statutes, and that thou hast taken My covenant in thy mouth?
17Pwe koe kin tateki tiak pu n o mamaleki ai kujoned akan?
17Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest My words behind thee.
18Ma koe pan kila n lipirap amen, koe kin ia n i, o koe kin waroki o n me kamal akan.
18When thou sawest a thief, thou hadst company with him, and with adulterers was thy portion.
19Au om kin lokaia kiwei me jued o lo om me likam.
19Thou hast let loose thy mouth for evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
20Koe kin wonon o lokaia likam duen ri om; o nain in om putak koe kin karaune mal.
20Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother's son.
21Koe wiada mepukat, a n ai kin nenenla; koe ap kiki o n , me n ai dueta koe. A I pan kapu n o n uk o kajaleda mon maj om.
21These things hast thou done, and should I have kept silence? Thou hadst thought that I was altogether such a one as thyself; but I will reprove thee, and set the cause before thine eyes.
22Komail me mamaleki Kot, en aja, I pan kajor komail la o jota jauaj pamail pan mia.
22Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
23Me kin maironki danke, kin kapi n a ia; o i al o, me I pan kajale o n i duen maur en Kot.
23Whoso offereth the sacrifice of thanksgiving honoureth Me; and to him that ordereth his way aright will I show the salvation of God.'
