1MAI N Kot, kom kotin jinjila ia, pwe i liki komui.
1Michtam of David. Keep me, O God; for I have taken refuge in Thee.
2N ai potoan o n Ieowa: Komui ta ai Kaun, jota eu pai, me i aja, pwe komui eta.
2I have said unto the LORD: 'Thou art my Lord; I have no good but in Thee';
3O I kin inda n jaraui kan, me kin mi nan jappa: Met akan pwin ijou, me I kin pokepoke ja n ni mo n io n i.
3As for the holy that are in the earth, they are the excellent in whom is all my delight.
4A irail me kin idedauen amen, pan lodi o n apwal toto. I jota mauki arail mairo n , me doleki nta, de mar arail I jota pan inda.
4Let the idols of them be multiplied that make suit unto another; their drink-offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take their names upon my lips.
5A Ieowa ai pai o ai peren; Komui kin kolekol ai jojo.
5O LORD, the portion of mine inheritance and of my cup, Thou maintainest my lot.
6I diaradar ai pwaij en jap kajelel eu, ei pai kajelel eu, me i jojokier.
6The lines are fallen unto me in pleasant places; yea, I have a goodly heritage.
7I kapi n a Ieowa, me kotin kaloleko n ia; pil ni po n mudilik i kan kin padaki o n ia.
7I will bless the LORD, who hath given me counsel; yea, in the night seasons my reins instruct me.
8I kin ariri Ieowa anjau karoj, pwe a kotikot ni pali maun i, i ap jota pan luetala.
8I have set the LORD always before me; surely He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
9I me mo n io n i kin peren kida, o n en i kin popol, pwe pil pali uduk ai pan moleilei.
9Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoiceth; my flesh also dwelleth in safety;
10Pwe kom jota pan kotin mauki, nen i en mimieta nan wajan mela, o kom jota pan mueid o n , me japwilim omui jaraui men pan mor paja n .
10For Thou wilt not abandon my soul to the nether-world; neither wilt Thou suffer Thy godly one to see the pit.
11Kom kin kotin kaaja kin ia al maur; peren lapalap mi mon jila n omui, o meid li n an ni pali maun en lim omui kokolata.
11Thou makest me to know the path of life; in Thy presence is fulness of joy, in Thy right hand bliss for evermore.
