1พระยาห์เวห์ โปรดฟังคำร้องที่เป็นธรรมของฉัน โปรดเงี่ยหูฟังคำอธิษฐานที่ไม่ได้ออกมาจากริมฝีปากหลอกลวง
1A Prayer of David. Hear the right, O LORD, attend unto my cry; give ear unto my prayer from lips without deceit.
2ขอให้คำตัดสินเรื่องฉันมาจากพระองค์ ขอให้ดวงตาของพระองค์มองสิ่งที่เที่ยงตรง
2Let my judgment come forth from Thy presence; let Thine eyes behold equity.
3พระองค์ตรวจพิสูจน์ใจฉันแล้ว มาหาฉันในยามค่ำคืน ทดสอบฉันแล้ว และไม่พบสิ่งใด ฉันตั้งใจไว้ว่า ปากฉันจะไม่พูดผิด
3Thou hast tried my heart, Thou hast visited it in the night; Thou hast tested me, and Thou findest not that I had a thought which should not pass my mouth.
4เรื่องการกระทำของมนุษย์ ฉันยึดถ้อยคำจากริมฝีปากของพระองค์ และรักษาตัวให้พ้นจากทางของคนรุนแรง
4As for the doings of men, by the word of Thy lips I have kept me from the ways of the violent.
5ย่างเท้าของฉันยึดมั่นในทางของพระองค์ เท้าของฉันไม่ลื่นไถล
5My steps have held fast to Thy paths, my feet have not slipped.
6ฉันร้องเรียกพระองค์ เพราะพระองค์จะตอบฉัน พระเจ้า โปรดเอียงหูมาหาฉัน ฟังคำพูดของฉัน
6As for me, I call upon Thee, for Thou wilt answer me, O God; incline Thine ear unto me, hear my speech.
7โปรดแสดงความรักมั่นคงอันอัศจรรย์ของพระองค์ พระองค์ผู้ใช้มือขวาช่วยคนที่ลี้ภัยให้พ้นจากศัตรู
7Make passing great Thy mercies, O Thou that savest by Thy right hand from assailants them that take refuge in Thee.
8โปรดรักษาฉันไว้เหมือนแก้วตาของพระองค์ ซ่อนฉันไว้ใต้เงาปีกของพระองค์
8Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me in the shadow of Thy wings,
9ให้พ้นจากคนชั่วที่กดขี่ฉัน จากศัตรูคู่อาฆาตที่ล้อมฉันไว้
9From the wicked that oppress, my deadly enemies, that compass me about.
10พวกเขาปิดใจจนด้านชา ปากของพวกเขาพูดอย่างหยิ่งผยอง
10Their gross heart they have shut tight, with their mouth they speak proudly.
11ตอนนี้พวกเขาล้อมเราไว้ทุกย่างก้าว สายตาจ้องจะเหวี่ยงเราลงกับพื้น
11At our every step they have now encompassed us; they set their eyes to cast us down to the earth.
12เขาเหมือนสิงโตที่หิวกระหายเหยื่อ เหมือนสิงโตหนุ่มซุ่มอยู่ในที่ลับ
12He is like a lion that is eager to tear in pieces, and like a young lion lurking in secret places.
13ลุกขึ้น พระยาห์เวห์ เผชิญหน้าเขา ทำให้เขาล้มลง ช่วยชีวิตฉันให้พ้นจากคนชั่วด้วยดาบของพระองค์
13Arise, O LORD, confront him, cast him down; deliver my soul from the wicked, by Thy sword;
14พระยาห์เวห์ โปรดช่วยฉันด้วยมือของพระองค์ให้พ้นจากมนุษย์ จากคนของโลกนี้ ซึ่งมีส่วนแบ่งอยู่เพียงในชีวิตนี้ พระองค์ทำให้ท้องของผู้ที่พระองค์รักอิ่ม บุตรของพระองค์มีเหลือเฟือ และพวกเขาเก็บทรัพย์ไว้ให้ลูกหลาน
14From men, by Thy hand, O LORD, from men of the world, whose portion is in this life, and whose belly Thou fillest with Thy treasure; who have children in plenty, and leave their abundance to their babes.
15ส่วนฉัน ด้วยความเที่ยงธรรม จะได้เห็นใบหน้าของพระองค์ เมื่อตื่นขึ้น จะอิ่มใจที่ได้เห็นรูปลักษณ์ของพระองค์
15As for me, I shall behold Thy face in righteousness; I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with Thy likeness.
