1Unto the end. A psalm for David.
1Проводиреві хора: Псальма Давидова. Небеса являють славу Божу, і простір звіщає про дїла рук його.
2May the Lord hear thee in the day of tribulation: may the name of the God of Jacob protect thee.
2День дневі сповіщає про них, і одна ніч дає вістку другій.
3May he send thee help from the sanctuary: and defend thee out of Sion.
3Нї се мова, нї се слово, але чути їх голос.
4May he be mindful of all thy sacrifices: and may thy whole burnt offering be made fat.
4Цїла земля сьвідчить про них; аж до краю вселенної слова їх, він зробив їх наметом сонця.
5May he give thee according to thy own heart; and confirm all thy counsels.
5І воно, як жених, що виходить з комнати, воно радїє оббігти свого круга.
6We will rejoice in thy salvation; and in the name of our God we shall be exalted.
6Від краю небес свій вихід зачинає, і кругобігом до кінця їх доходить, і нїщо не сховається перед жаром його.
7The Lord fulfill all thy petitions: now have I known that the Lord hath saved his anointed. He will hear him from his holy heaven: the salvation of his right hand is in powers.
7Закон Господнїй звершений, душу оживляє; сьвідоцтво Господнє вірне простоту навчає.
8Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will call upon the name of the Lord our God.
8Велїння Господнї праві, серце звеселяють; заповідь Господня пресьвітла, очі просьвіщає.
9They are bound, and have fallen; but we are risen, and are set upright. O Lord, save the king: and hear us in the day that we shall call upon thee.
9Страх Господень чистий, вічно пробуває. Присуди Господнї правдиві, всї справедливі.

10Вони дорожші над золото і над щире золото, і солодші над мід і патоку.

11І слузї твому вони в науку; хто держить їх, тому буде велика нагорода.

12Провини — хто їх вбачає? Від гріхів тайних очисти мене!

13І від гордих бережи мене; не допусти, щоб взяли верх надо мною. Тодї не буде менї догани, буду чистий від тяжкого переступу.

14Слова уст моїх і думки серця мого нехай будуть до вподоби тобі, Господи, моя скеле, й спасителю мій!
