1I rejoiced at the things that were said to me: We shall go into the house of the Lord.
1ฉันเงยตามองภูเขา ความช่วยเหลือของฉันมาจากไหน?
2Our feet were standing in thy courts, O Jerusalem.
2ความช่วยเหลือของฉันมาจากพระยาห์เวห์ ผู้ทรงสร้างฟ้าสวรรค์และแผ่นดินโลก
3Jerusalem, which is built as a city, which is compact together.
3พระองค์จะไม่ปล่อยให้เท้าของท่านพลาดล้ม ผู้ทรงคุ้มครองท่านจะไม่ทรงงีบหลับ
4For thither did the tribes go up, the tribes of the Lord: the testimony of Israel, to praise the name of the Lord.
4ผู้ทรงคุ้มครองอิสราเอล ไม่ทรงงีบหลับและไม่ทรงหลับใหล
5Because their seats have sat in judgment, seats upon the house of David.
5พระยาห์เวห์ทรงคุ้มครองท่าน พระยาห์เวห์ทรงเป็นร่มเงาที่ขวามือของท่าน
6Pray ye for the things that are for the peace of Jerusalem: and abundance for them that love thee.
6กลางวัน ดวงอาทิตย์จะไม่ทำร้ายท่าน กลางคืน ดวงจันทร์ก็เช่นกัน
7Let peace be in thy strength: and abundance in thy towers.
7พระยาห์เวห์จะทรงคุ้มครองท่านจากความชั่วร้ายทั้งปวง จะทรงคุ้มครองชีวิตของท่าน
8For the sake of my brethren, and of my neighbours, I spoke peace of thee.
8พระยาห์เวห์จะทรงคุ้มครองยามท่านออกไปและกลับเข้ามา ตั้งแต่บัดนี้และตลอดไป
9Because of the house of the Lord our God, I have sought good things for thee.
