3From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same, the name of the Lord is worthy of praise.

4The Lord is high above all nations; and his glory above the heavens.
5Kuuhoih moe, paek koehhaih palungthin tawn kami loe khosak hoih; anih loe toenghaih hoiah tok to sah tih.
5Who is as the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high:
6Anih loe tasoehhaih om mak ai; katoeng kami loe dungzan khoek to pahnet mak ai.
6And looketh down on the low things in heaven and in earth?
7Tamthang sae to anih mah zii mak ai; Angraeng to a oep pongah, palungthin to cak.
7Raising up the needy from the earth, and lifting up the poor out of the dunghill:
8Anih ih palungthin loe cak, a misanawk pazawkhaih hnu ai karoek to zithaih tawn mak ai.
8That he may place him with princes, with the princes of his people.
9Anih loe amtang kaminawk hanah paek moe, pazet boih pongah, a toenghaih loe dungzan khoek to cak; angmah ih taki to pakoehhaih hoiah tapom tahang tih.
9Who maketh a barren woman to dwell in a house, the joyful mother of children.
10Kahoih ai kami mah anih to hnuk naah, palung naa tih; anih loe haa to kaek ueloe, amro tih; to naah kasae kami koehhaih to anghmaa tih boeh.
