King James Version with Apocrypha
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
1O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
1Kot komui ai Kot, nin joran I kin pirida n komui. N en i kin ino n io n komui. Pali war ai kin ino n io n komui nan jap madeko n o mo n edi, waja me jota pil mi ia.
2To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
2I waja i kin tamanda komui nan japwilim omui tanpaj im jaraui, pwe i men kila n omui manaman o li n an.
3Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
3Pwe omui kala n an mau ja n maur; kil en au ai kin kapi n a komui.
4Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
4I waja i ino n io n kapi n a komui arain ai maur, o men pokada pa i kat ni mar omui.
5My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:
5I me pan kaperen pan n en I o ai popol, ma i pan kak kapi n a komui ki au ai kaperen.
6When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
6Ni ai kin wendi pon loj, i kin madamadaua duen komui, o ni ai pirida, i kin lokelokaia duen komui.
7Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
7Pwe komui jauaj pa i, o pan mot en lim omui kan i kin n iji n ij.
8My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
8N en i kin te n idi o n komui; lim omui pali maun kin apapwali
9But those that seek my soul, to destroy it , shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
9A irail me majamajan ia, pwen jaik ia di, pan lokidokila pan jappa.
10They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
10Re pan pupedi o n nan kodlaj, o kidi en wel pan ka n ir ala;
11But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
11A nanmarki pan peren kida Kot. Me kin kaula o n i, pan pwaida, pwe au en me likam akan pan pena pinla.
