1'O give thanks unto the LORD, for He is good, for His mercy endureth for ever.'
1Прославляйте Господа! Він бо благий, милість його пребуде по віки.
2So let Israel now say, for His mercy endureth for ever,
2Нехай каже Ізраїль, що вічна милість його.
3So let the house of Aaron now say, for His mercy endureth for ever.
3Нехай каже дім Аарона, що вічна милість його.
4So let them now that fear the LORD say, for His mercy endureth for ever.
4Нехай кажуть боячіся Господа, що вічна милість його.
5Out of my straits I called upon the LORD; He answered me with great enlargement.
5З тїсноти кликав я до Господа; Господь вислухав мене, вивів на простір широкий.
6The LORD is for me; I will not fear; what can man do unto me?
6Господь зо мною, не злякаюсь; що зможе чоловік заподїяти менї?
7The LORD is for me as my helper; and I shall gaze upon them that hate me.
7Господь зо мною між помічниками моїми, і я побачу втїху мою над ненавидниками моїми.
8It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in man.
8Лучче вповати на Господа, як покладатись на чоловіка.
9It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to trust in princes.
9Лучче вповати на Господа, як на князїв надїятись.
10All nations compass me about; verily, in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.
10Всї народи обступили мене; річ певна, — в імени Господа я подужав їх.
11They compass me about, yea, they compass me about; verily, in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.
11Вони обступили мене, окружили мене; річ певна, — в імени Господа я подужав їх.
12They compass me about like bees; they are quenched as the fire of thorns; verily, in the name of the LORD I will cut them off.
12Обсїли мене, як пчоли; та потахли, як огонь з тернини; річ певна — в імени Господа я подужав їх.
13Thou didst thrust sore at me that I might fall; but the LORD helped me.
13Туго ти вдарив на мене, щоб кинути мене на землю, але Господь допоміг менї.
14The LORD is my strength and song; and He is become my salvation.
14Господь моя сила і моя пісня, він стався моїм спасеннєм.
15The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.
15Голос торжества і спасення в шатрах справедливостї; правиця Господня доказує дїла потужні.
16The right hand of the LORD is exalted; the right hand of the LORD doeth valiantly.
16Піднялась правиця Господа; правиця Господа доказує дїла потужні.
17I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD.
17Не вмру, буду жити і росказувати про дїла Господнї.
18The LORD hath chastened me sore; but He hath not given me over unto death.
18Тяжко покарав мене Господь, та не віддав мене смертї.
19Open to me the gates of righteousness; I will enter into them, I will give thanks unto the LORD.
19Відчинїть менї ворота справедливостї, я увійду ними, прославлю Господа.
20This is the gate of the LORD; the righteous shall enter into it.
20Ось ворота Господнї, праведники ввійдуть ними.
21I will give thanks unto Thee, for Thou hast answered me, and art become my salvation.
21Буду прославляти тебе, ти бо вислухав мене, і стався спасеннєм моїм.
22The stone which the builders rejected is become the chief corner-stone.
22Камінь, котрого відкинули будівничі, угольним каменем стався.
23This is the LORD'S doing; it is marvellous in our eyes.
23Від Господа се сталося; дивно се в очах наших,
24This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
24Се день, що сотворив його Господь; радуймося і веселїмся в йому!
25We beseech Thee, O LORD, save now! We beseech Thee, O LORD, make us now to prosper!
25О Господи, спаси! Господи, благаю тебе, пошли щасну долю!
26Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the LORD; we bless you out of the house of the LORD.
26Благословенний той, що в імя Господа приходить! З дому Господнього ми благословили вас.
27The LORD is God, and hath given us light; order the festival procession with boughs, even unto the horns of the altar.
27Господь є Бог, і дав нам сьвітло; привяжіть жертву на празник мотузами до рогів жертівника.
28Thou art my God, and I will give thanks unto Thee; Thou art my God, I will exalt Thee.
28Ти Бог мій, і буду прославляти тебе; Боже мій, тебе величати буду.
29O give thanks unto the LORD, for He is good, for His mercy endureth for ever.
29Прославляйте Господа! Він бо благий, бо милість його вічна!
