1For the Leader. A Song, a Psalm. Shout unto God, all the earth;
1Проводиреві хора: пісня, псальма. Воскликнїте Господеві, всї на землї!
2Sing praises unto the glory of His name; make His praise glorious.
2Сьпівайте славу імені його, звеличіть хвалу його!
3Say unto God: 'How tremendous is Thy work! Through the greatness of Thy power shall Thine enemies dwindle away before Thee.
3Кажіть Богові: як страшні дїла твої! Задля великої сили твоєї піддаються тобі вороги твої, піддобруючись.
4All the earth shall worship Thee, and shall sing praises unto Thee; they shall sing praises to Thy name.' Selah
4Цїла земля поклониться тобі, і сьпівати ме псальми; вона сьпівати ме імені твому.
5Come, and see the works of God; He is terrible in His doing toward the children of men.
5Прийдїть і погляньте на дїла Божі! Страшний він в дїлах проти синів людських.
6He turned the sea into dry land; they went through the river on foot; there let us rejoice in Him!
6Він обернув море в сушу, пішки перейшли вони ріку; там ми радувались о нїм.
7Who ruleth by His might for ever; His eyes keep watch upon the nations; let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah
7Він царює потугою своєю на віки; очі його споглядають на народи: Щоб не збунтувались ворохобники!
8Bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of His praise to be heard;
8Прославляйте, народи, Бога нашого, і голосїть хвалу його!
9Who hath set our soul in life, and suffered not our foot to be moved,
9Він дав життє душі нашій і не допустив, щоб похитнулись ноги наші.
10For Thou, O God, hast tried us; Thou hast refined us, as silver is refined.
10Ти спробував нас, Боже, ти перетопив нас, як срібло перетоплюється.
11Thou didst bring us into the hold; Thou didst lay constraint upon our loins.
11Ти завів нас у сїти, завдав нам тяжкі оберемки на плечі наші.
12Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but Thou didst bring us out unto abundance.
12Ти допустив, щоб люде насїли нам на шию; ми перейшли вогонь і воду; да ти вивів нас на чисте поле.
13I will come into Thy house with burnt-offerings, I will perform unto Thee my vows,
13Увійду я в дім твій з жертвами цїлопалення, віддам тобі обітницї мої,
14Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress.
14Що уста мої слюбували, і губи мої обіцяли в тїснотї моїй.
15I will offer unto Thee burnt-offerings of fatlings, with the sweet smoke of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah
15Як жертву всепалення, принесу тобі тучних баранів з кадилом; пожертвую воли вкупі з козлами.
16Come, and hearken, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what He hath done for my soul.
16Прийдїть, послухайте, всї, що боїтесь Бога, і я роскажу, що він вдїяв душі моїй.
17I cried unto Him with my mouth, and He was extolled with my tongue.
17До него взивав я устами моїми, і величав язиком моїм.
18If I had regarded iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not hear;
18Коли б я бачив в серцї моїм беззаконнє, то Бог не почув би мене.
19But verily God hath heard; He hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
19Та Бог почув, він зглянувся на голос молитви моєї.
20Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor His mercy from me.
20Благословен Бог, котрий не відкинув молитву мою, і не одвернув милосердє своє від мене.
