1The LORD reigneth; let the peoples tremble; He is enthroned upon the cherubim; let the earth quake.
1Господь царює; нехай обійме страх народи; престіл його на херувимах: нехай земля трясеться.
2The LORD is great in Zion; and He is high above all the peoples.
2Великий Господь на Сионї, і високий над усїма народами.
3Let them praise Thy name as great and awful; Holy is He.
3Нехай славлять імя його; велике, страшне — сьвяте воно!
4The strength also of the king who loveth justice — Thou hast established equity, Thou hast executed justice and righteousness in Jacob.
4І силу царя, що любить правосуддє! Ти утверджуєш правоту, ти судиш право і справедливість в Якова.
5Exalt ye the LORD our God, and prostrate yourselves at His footstool; Holy is He.
5Вознесїть Господа, Бога нашого, і поклонїтесь у підніжя ніг його! Сьвятий він!
6Moses and Aaron among His priests, and Samuel among them that call upon His name, did call upon the LORD, and He answered them.
6Мойсей і Аарон між сьвященниками його, і Самуїл між тими, що призивають імя його; вони возвали до Господа, і він дав їм відповідь.
7He spoke unto them in the pillar of cloud; they kept His testimonies, and the statute that He gave them.
7В облачному стовпі промовляв до них; вони держали сьвідчення і заповіт його, що дав їм.
8O LORD our God, Thou didst answer them; a forgiving God wast Thou unto them, though Thou tookest vengeance of their misdeeds.
8Господи, Боже наш, ти озвався до них! Ти був для них Богом, що прощає і мстительом за лихі дїла їх.
9Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at His holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
9Вознесїте Господа, Бога нашого, і поклонїтесь на сьвятій горі його! Бо сьвятий Господь, Бог наш.
