9And the sons of Cush: Seba, and Havilah, and Sabta, and Raama, and Sabteca. And the sons of Raama: Sheba, and Dedan.

10And Cush begot Nimrod; he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
10Від Куша народився ще й Нимрод; цей почав бути велетнем на землї.
11And Mizraim begot Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
11Від Мизраїма народились: Лудима (Лудій), Анамій, Легавій, Нафтухим,
12and Pathrusim, and Casluhim — from whence came the Philistines — and Caphtorim.
12Патрусїй, Каслугій, од которого настали Филистимцї, та Кафторій.
13And Canaan begot Zidon his first-born, and Heth;
13Від Канаана народився Сидон, найстарший в його, Хет,
14and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite;
14Евузій, Аморій, Гергазій,
15and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite;
15Гевій, Аркей, Синей,
16and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite.
16Арвадїй, Земарій та Гаматїй.
17The Sons of Shem: Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.
17Сини Семові: Елам, Ассур, Арфаксад, Луд та Арам. (Сини Арамові): Уз, Хул, Гетер та Мешех (Маса).
18And Arpachshad begot Shelah, and Shelah begot Eber.
18Від Арфаксада (народився Каїнан, а від Каїнана) народився Села, а від Сели народився Ебер.
19And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.
19Від Ебера народились два сини: один на імення Фалек, через те, що за його часів була роздїлена земля, його брат на імення Йокман.
20And Joktan begot Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah;
20Від Йокмана народились Алмодад, Шалеф, Газармавет, Ерах,
21and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah;
21Гадорам, Узал, Дикла,
22and Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba;
22Обаль, Абимавель, Шева,
23and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
23Офир, Гавил та Йовав. Усї цї сини Йокманові.
24Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah;
24(А сини Семові): Арфаксад, Каїнан, Села,
25Eber, Peleg, Reu;
25Ебер, Пелег, Регов,
26Serug, Nahor, Terah;

27Abram — the same is Abraham.
27Аврам, се Авраам.
28The sons of Abraham: Isaac, and Ishmael.
28Сини Авраамові: Ізаак та Ізмаїл.
29These are their generations: the first-born of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,
29Оце й їх родовід: Найстарший син Ізмаїлів Набайот, по йому Кедар, Адбеєль, Мивсам,
30Mishma, and Dumah, Massa, Hadad, and Tema,
30Мисма, Дума, Масса, Хадад, Тема,
31Jetur, Naphish, and Kedem. These are the sons of Ishmael.
31Етур, Нафис, і Кедма. Це сини Ізмаїлові.
32And the sons of Keturah, Abraham's concubine: she bore Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah. And the sons of Jokshan: Sheba, and Dedan.
32Сини Хеттури, Авраамової наліжницї: вона породила Зимрана, Йоксана, Медана, Мадіяна, Ишбака та Шуаха. Сини Йоксанові: Себа та Дедан. (Сини Деданові: Рагуїл, Навдеїл, Ассурим, Летусим, Леюмим (Астусіїм, Асомин).
33And the sons of Midian: Ephah, and Epher, and Hanoch, and Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.
33Сини Мадіянові: Ефа, Ефер, Ганох, Абида та Ельдага. Усе це сини Хеттурині.
34And Abraham begot Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau, and Israel.
34А від Авраама народився Ізаак. Сини Ізаакові: Езав та Ізраїль.
35The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jalam and Korah.
35Сини Езавові: Елифас, Регуїл, Егус, Еглом та Кораг.
36The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
36Сини Елифасові: Теман, Омар, Зефо, Гаєтам, Канас; (Тимна ж Елифасова наложниця, породила йому) Амалеха.
37The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
37Сини Рагуїлові: Нахат, Зерах, Шамма та Миза.
38And the sons of Seir: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
38Сини Сеїрові: Лотан, Собаль, Зибеон, Ана, Дисон, Езер та Дисан.
39And the sons of Lotan: Hori, and Homam; and Timna was Lotan's sister.
39Сини Лотанові: Горій та Гемам; а сестра в Лотана: Тимна.
40The sons of Shobal: Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sons of Zibeon: Aiah, and Anah.
40Сини Собамові: Алван, Манагат, Ебаль, Сефо та Онам. Сини Зибеонові: Ая та Ана.
41The sons of Anah: Dishon. And the sons of Dishon: Hamran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
41Дїти Анині: Дисон та (Оголибама, Анина дочка). Сини Дисонові: Гемдан, Ешдан, Ітран та Керан.
42The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, and Zaavan, Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz, and Aran.
42Сини Езерові: Белган, Саван та Акан. Сини Дисанові: Уз та Аран.
43Now these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before their reigned any king over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
43Оце царі, що царювали в краю Едомі, ще переднїйше нїж зацарював царь над синами Ізраїля: Бела, Бейорів син, а назвище його міста-Динхаба;
44And Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
44І помер Бела, і зацарював по йому Йобаб, син Серахів із Бозри.
45And Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
45І помер Йобаб, і зацарював по йому Гусам, з краю Теман.
46And Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Avith.
46І помер Гусам, і став по йому царем Гадад, син Бедадів, котрий розбив Мадіянїїв на полі Моаб; назва міста його: Авит.
47And Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.
47І помер Гадад, і зацарював по йому Самла з Масреки.
48And Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his stead.
48І помер Самла, і зацарював по йому Саул з Рехобота, що над річкою.
49And Shaul died, and Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.
49І помер Саул, і став царем по йому Бааль-Ганан, син Ахборів.
50And Baal-hanan died, and Hadad reigned in his stead; and the name of his city was Pai; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
50І помер Бааль-Ганан, і зацарював по йому Гадар; назвище його міста Пау; жінка ж його на ймя Мегетабееля, дочка Матредова, дочка Мезагабова.
51And Hadad died. And the chiefs of Edom were: the chief of Timna, the chief of Alvah, the chief of Jetheth;
51І помер Гадар. І були старшини в Едома: старшина Тимна, старшина Алва, старшина Етет.
52the chief of Oholibamah, the chief of Elah, the chief of Pinon;
52Старшина Оголибама: старшина Ела, старшина Пинон,
53the chief of Kenaz, the chief of Teman, the chief of Mibzar;
53Старшина Кенас, старшина Темон, старшина Мебзар,
54the chief of Magdiel, the chief of Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom.
