Salmos 6
Bíblia Portuguesa Mundial (Brazilian Portuguese)
Douay-Rheims Bible, American Edition (1899)
1SENHOR, não me repreendas na tua ira, nem me disciplines no teu furor.
1Unto the end, in verses, a psalm for David, for the octave.
2Tem misericórdia de mim, SENHOR, pois estou fraco. SENHOR, cura-me, pois os meus ossos estão abalados.
2O Lord, rebuke me not in thy indignation, nor chastise me in thy wrath.
3A minha alma também está em grande angústia. Mas tu, SENHOR — até quando?
3Have mercy on me, O Lord, for I am weak: heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.
4Volta-te, SENHOR. Livra a minha alma, e salva-me por causa do teu amor leal.
4And my soul is troubled exceedingly: but thou, O Lord, how long?
5Pois na morte não há lembrança de ti. No Seol, quem te dará graças?
5Turn to me, O Lord, and deliver my soul: O save me for thy mercy’s sake.
6Estou cansado do meu gemido. Todas as noites inundo a minha cama. Encharco o meu leito com as minhas lágrimas.
6For there is no one in death, that is mindful of thee: and who shall confess to thee in hell?
7O meu olho se consome de tristeza. Ele envelhece por causa de todos os meus adversários.
7I have laboured in my groanings, every night I will wash my bed: I will water my couch with my tears.
8Afastem-se de mim, todos vocês que praticam a iniquidade, pois o SENHOR ouviu a voz do meu choro.
8My eye is troubled through indignation: I have grown old amongst all my enemies.
9O SENHOR ouviu a minha súplica. O SENHOR aceita a minha oração.
9Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity: for the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping.
10Que todos os meus inimigos fiquem envergonhados e apavorados. Eles recuarão; de repente, serão desonrados.
10The Lord hath heard my supplication: the Lord hath received my prayer.
