1God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

1พระเจ้าคือที่ลี้ภัยและกำลังของเรา พร้อมช่วยเราเสมอในยามทุกข์

2Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;

2เพราะฉะนั้นเราจะไม่กลัว แม้แผ่นดินโลกจะเปลี่ยนไป แม้ภูเขาจะสั่นไหวลงสู่กลางทะเล

3Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

3แม้น้ำทะเลจะคำรามและปั่นป่วน แม้ภูเขาจะสั่นสะเทือนเมื่อทะเลโหมขึ้น เซลาห์

4There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

4มีแม่น้ำสายหนึ่ง ลำธารของมันทำให้นครของพระเจ้ายินดี คือสถานศักดิ์สิทธิ์แห่งเต็นท์ขององค์ผู้สูงสุด

5God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

5พระเจ้าอยู่กลางนคร นครจะไม่หวั่นไหว พระเจ้าจะช่วยนครนั้นเมื่อรุ่งอรุณ

6The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

6ชนชาติต่าง ๆ เดือดพล่าน อาณาจักรทั้งหลายสั่นคลอน พระองค์เปล่งเสียง แผ่นดินโลกก็ละลาย

7The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

7พระยาห์เวห์แห่งกองทัพอยู่กับเรา พระเจ้าของยาโคบคือที่ลี้ภัยของเรา เซลาห์

8Come, behold the works of the LORD , what desolations he hath made in the earth.

8มาเถิด มาดูผลงานของพระยาห์เวห์ ดูความรกร้างที่พระองค์ทำไว้บนแผ่นดินโลก

9He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.

9พระองค์ทำให้สงครามยุติไปจนสุดปลายโลก หักคันธนู ทุบหอกให้แหลก และเผารถศึกด้วยไฟ

10Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

10“จงนิ่ง และรู้ว่าเราคือพระเจ้า เราจะได้รับการยกย่องท่ามกลางชนชาติต่าง ๆ เราจะได้รับการยกย่องบนแผ่นดินโลก”

11The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

11พระยาห์เวห์แห่งกองทัพอยู่กับเรา พระเจ้าของยาโคบคือที่ลี้ภัยของเรา เซลาห์
