1Be merciful unto me, O God: for man would swallow me up; he fighting daily oppresseth me.

1พระเจ้า โปรดเมตตาฉัน เพราะมีคนจ้องจะกลืนกินฉัน ตลอดวันเขาโจมตีและกดขี่ฉัน

2Mine enemies would daily swallow me up: for they be many that fight against me, O thou most High.

2ศัตรูจ้องจะกลืนกินฉันตลอดวัน เพราะคนที่ต่อสู้กับฉันอย่างหยิ่งผยองมีมากมาย

3What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.

3เมื่อฉันกลัว จะวางใจในพระองค์

4In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.

4ในพระเจ้า ฉันสรรเสริญถ้อยคำของพระองค์ วางใจในพระเจ้า จึงไม่หวาดกลัว มนุษย์ซึ่งเป็นเพียงเนื้อหนังจะทำอะไรฉันได้?

5Every day they wrest my words: all their thoughts are against me for evil.

5ตลอดวันพวกเขาบิดเบือนคำพูดของฉัน ความคิดทุกอย่างของพวกเขามุ่งทำร้ายฉัน

6They gather themselves together, they hide themselves, they mark my steps, when they wait for my soul.

6พวกเขาสมคบกันและซุ่มซ่อน คอยจับตาดูทุกย่างก้าวของฉัน จ้องจะเอาชีวิตฉัน

7Shall they escape by iniquity? in thine anger cast down the people, O God.

7พวกเขาจะใช้ความชั่วหนีรอดไปได้หรือ? พระเจ้า โปรดโค่นชนทั้งหลายลงด้วยความโกรธของพระองค์

8Thou tellest my wanderings: put thou my tears into thy bottle: are they not in thy book?

8พระองค์ทรงนับทุกครั้งที่ฉันร่อนเร่ ทรงเก็บน้ำตาของฉันไว้ในภาชนะของพระองค์ ทั้งหมดนั้นไม่ได้อยู่ในหนังสือของพระองค์หรือ?

9When I cry unto thee , then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.

9แล้วศัตรูของฉันจะหันหลังกลับในวันที่ฉันร้องเรียก ฉันรู้แน่ว่า พระเจ้าอยู่ฝ่ายฉัน

10In God will I praise his word: in the LORD will I praise his word.

10ฉันจะสรรเสริญถ้อยคำของพระเจ้า ฉันจะสรรเสริญถ้อยคำของพระยาห์เวห์

11In God have I put my trust: I will not be afraid what man can do unto me.

11ฉันวางใจในพระเจ้า จะไม่หวาดกลัว มนุษย์จะทำอะไรฉันได้?

12Thy vows are upon me, O God: I will render praises unto thee.

12คำปฏิญาณที่ถวายแด่พระองค์ผูกพันฉันอยู่ พระเจ้า ฉันจะถวายเครื่องบูชาขอบคุณแด่พระองค์

13For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?

13เพราะพระองค์ทรงช่วยชีวิตฉันให้พ้นจากความตาย และรักษาเท้าของฉันไม่ให้ล้ม เพื่อฉันจะดำเนินต่อหน้าพระเจ้า ในแสงสว่างของคนเป็น
