1In Thee, O LORD, have I taken refuge; let me never be ashamed.
1У Тебе се, Господе, уздам, немој ме оставити под срамотом вечном.
2Deliver me in Thy righteousness, and rescue me; incline Thine ear unto me, and save me.
2Правдом својом избави ме, и опрости ме, пригни к мени ухо своје и помози ми.
3Be Thou to me a sheltering rock, whereunto I may continually resort, which Thou hast appointed to save me; for Thou art my rock and my fortress.
3Буди ми град где бих свагда долазио да живим, уреди спасење моје; јер си Ти град мој и крепост моја.
4O my God, rescue me out of the hand of the wicked, out of the grasp of the unrighteous and ruthless man.
4Боже мој! Узми ме из руке безбожникове, из руке безаконикове и насилникове.
5For Thou art my hope; O Lord GOD, my trust from my youth.
5Јер си Ти надање моје, Господ је Господ поуздање моје од младости моје.
6Upon Thee have I stayed myself from birth; Thou art He that took me out of my mother's womb; my praise is continually of Thee.
6Тебе се држим од рођења, од утробе матере моје Ти си бранич мој; Тобом се хвалим свагда.
7I am as a wonder unto many; but Thou art my strong refuge.
7Чудо сам многима, а Ти си уточиште моје јако.
8My mouth shall be filled with Thy praise, and with Thy glory all the day.
8Уста су моја пуна хвале Твоје, славе Твоје сваки дан.
9Cast me not off in the time of old age; when my strength faileth, forsake me not.
9Немој ме одбацити под старост, кад ме издаје снага моја, немој ме оставити.
10For mine enemies speak concerning me, and they that watch for my soul take counsel together,
10Јер непријатељи моји мисле о мени, и који вребају душу моју договарају се,
11Saying: 'God hath forsaken him; pursue and take him; for there is none to deliver.'
11Говорећи: Бог га је оставио, потерајте и ухватите га, јер га нема ко избавити.
12O God, be not far from me; O my God, make haste to help me.
12Боже! Не буди далеко од мене; Боже мој! Похитај ми у помоћ.
13Let them be ashamed and consumed that are adversaries to my soul; let them be covered with reproach and confusion that seek my hurt.
13Нек се постиде и погину противници душе моје; нека попадне стид и срамота на оне који ми траже зла!
14But as for me, I will hope continually, and will praise Thee yet more and more.
14А ја ћу се свагда уздати, и понављаћу хвале Теби.
15My mouth shall tell of Thy righteousness, and of Thy salvation all the day; for I know not the numbers thereof.
15Уста ће моја казивати правду Твоју, сваки дан доброчинства Твоја, јер им не знам броја.
16I will come with Thy mighty acts, O Lord GOD; I will make mention of Thy righteousness, even of Thine only.
16Ући ћу у сили Господа Господа, и славићу само Твоју правду.
17O God, Thou hast taught me from my youth; and until now do I declare Thy wondrous works.
17Боже! Ти си ме учио од младости, и до данас казујем чудеса Твоја.
18And even unto old age and hoary hairs, O God, forsake me not; until I have declared Thy strength unto the next generation, Thy might to every one that is to come.
18Ни у старости и кад оседех немој ме оставити, Боже, еда бих казивао мишицу Твоју наслеђу, свој омладини силу Твоју,
19Thy righteousness also, O God, which reacheth unto high heaven; Thou who hast done great things, O God, who is like unto Thee?
19Правда је Твоја, Боже, до највише висине; у великим делима, која си учинио, Боже, ко је као Ти?
20Thou, who hast made me to see many and sore troubles, wilt quicken me again, and bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
20Колико си ме пута бацао у велике и љуте невоље, пак си ме опет оставио међу живима и из бездана ме земаљских опет извадио.
21Thou wilt increase my greatness, and turn and comfort me.
21Много си ме пута подизао и понављао утехе.
22I also will give thanks unto Thee with the psaltery, even unto Thy truth, O my God; I will sing praises unto Thee with the harp, O Thou Holy One of Israel.
22И ја Те хвалим уз псалтир, Твоју верност, Боже мој; ударам Ти у гусле, Свече Израиљев!
23My lips shall greatly rejoice when I sing praises unto Thee; and my soul, which Thou hast redeemed.
23Радују се уста моја кад певам Теби, и душа моја, коју си избавио.
24My tongue also shall tell of Thy righteousness all the day; for they are ashamed, for they are abashed, that seek my hurt.
24И језик мој сваки дан казује правду Твоју; јер су постиђени и посрамљени они који ми траже зла.
