1Мэ букур кынд ми се зиче: „Хайдем ла Каса Домнулуй!”
1A Song of Ascents; of David. I rejoiced when they said unto me: 'Let us go unto the house of the LORD.'
2Пичоареле ми се опреск ын порциле тале, Иерусалиме!
2Our feet are standing within thy gates, O Jerusalem;
3Иерусалиме, ту ешть зидит ка о четате фэкутэ динтр-о букатэ!
3Jerusalem, that art builded as a city that is compact together;
4Аколо се суе семинцииле, семинцииле Домнулуй, дупэ леӂя луй Исраел, ка сэ лауде Нумеле Домнулуй.
4Whither the tribes went up, even the tribes of the LORD, as a testimony unto Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the LORD.
5Кэч аколо сунт скаунеле де домние пентру жудекатэ, скаунеле де домние але касей луй Давид.
5For there were set thrones for judgment, the thrones of the house of David.
6Ругаци-вэ пентру пачя Иерусалимулуй! Чей че те юбеск сэ се букуре де одихнэ.
6Pray for the peace of Jerusalem; may they prosper that love thee.
7Пачя сэ фие ынтре зидуриле тале ши лиништя, ын каселе тале домнешть!
7Peace be within thy walls, and prosperity within thy palaces.
8Дин причина фрацилор ши а приетенилор мей, дореск пачя ын сынул тэу.
8For my brethren and companions' sakes, I will now say: 'Peace be within thee.'
9Дин причина Касей Домнулуй Думнезеулуй ностру, фак урэрь пентру феричиря та.
9For the sake of the house of the LORD our God I will seek thy good.
