1زمین و پری آن از آن خداوند است. ربع مسکون و ساکنان آن.
1The earth is the LORD’s, and the fullness thereof, the world and all who dwell therein.
2زیرا که اواساس آن را بر دریاها نهاد. و آن را بر نهرها ثابت گردانید.
2For He has founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters.
3کیست که به کوه خداوند برآید؟ وکیست که به مکان قدس او ساکن شود؟
3Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Who may stand in His holy place?
4او که پاک دست و صاف دل باشد، که جان خود را به بطالت ندهد و قسم دروغ نخورد.
4He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear deceitfully.
5او برکت را ازخداوند خواهد یافت. و عدالت را از خدای نجات خود.
5He will receive blessing from the LORD and vindication from the God of his salvation.
6این است طبقه طالبان او. طالبان روی تو‌ای (خدای ) یعقوب. سلاه.
6Such is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face, O God of Jacob. Selah
7ای دروازه‌ها سرهای خود را برافرازید! ای درهای ابدی برافراشته شوید تا پادشاه جلال داخل شود!
7Lift up your heads, O gates! Be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of Glory may enter!
8این پادشاه جلال کیست؟ خداوندقدیر و جبار؟ خداوند که در جنگ جبار است.
8Who is this King of Glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
9ای دروازه‌ها، سرهای خود را برافرازید! ای درهای ابدی برافرازید تا پادشاه جلال داخل شود!
9Lift up your heads, O gates! Be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of Glory may enter!
10این پادشاه جلال کیست؟ یهوه صبایوت پادشاه جلال اوست. سلاه.
