1(3-1) A Psalm of David, when he fled from Absalom his son. (3-2) LORD, how many are mine adversaries become! Many are they that rise up against me.
1พระยาห์เวห์ คนที่ต่อต้านฉันเพิ่มขึ้นมากเหลือเกิน! คนที่ลุกขึ้นสู้ฉันมีมากมาย
2(3-3) Many there are that say of my soul: 'There is no salvation for him in God.' Selah
2มีคนมากมายพูดถึงฉันว่า “เขาไม่มีทางได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากพระเจ้า” เซลาห์
3(3-4) But thou, O LORD, art a shield about me; my glory, and the lifter up of my head.
3แต่พระยาห์เวห์ พระองค์เป็นโล่ล้อมรอบฉัน เป็นเกียรติของฉัน และเป็นผู้ชูศีรษะฉันขึ้น
4(3-5) With my voice I call unto the LORD, and He answereth me out of His holy mountain. Selah
4ฉันร้องเรียกพระยาห์เวห์ พระองค์ตอบฉันจากภูเขาศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของพระองค์ เซลาห์
5(3-6) I lay me down, and I sleep; I awake, for the LORD sustaineth me.
5ฉันนอนลงแล้วหลับไป แล้วตื่นขึ้นมาอีก เพราะพระยาห์เวห์ค้ำจุนฉัน
6(3-7) I am not afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
6ฉันไม่กลัวผู้คนนับหมื่น ที่ล้อมฉันไว้ทุกด้าน
7(3-8) Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God; for Thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek, Thou hast broken the teeth of the wicked.
7ลุกขึ้นเถิด พระยาห์เวห์! ช่วยฉันด้วย พระเจ้าของฉัน! เพราะพระองค์ฟาดโหนกแก้มศัตรูทั้งหมดของฉัน พระองค์หักฟันคนชั่ว
8(3-9) Salvation belongeth unto the LORD; Thy blessing be upon Thy people. Selah
