1Out of the depths I have cried to thee, O Lord:
1Từ khi tôi còn thơ ấu, chúng nó thường hà hiếp tôi, Y-sơ-ra-ên đáng nói,
2Lord, hear my voice. Let thy ears be attentive to the voice of my supplication.
2Từ khi tôi còn thơ ấu, chúng nó thường hà hiếp tôi, Nhưng không thắng hơn tôi được.
3If thou, O Lord, wilt mark iniquities: Lord, who shall stand it.
3Các nông phu cày trên lưng tôi, Xẻ đường cày mình dài theo trên đó.
4For with thee there is merciful forgiveness: and by reason of thy law, I have waited for thee, O Lord. My soul hath relied on his word:
4Đức Giê-hô-va là công bình; Ngài đã chặt những dây kẻ ác.
5My soul hath hoped in the Lord.
5Nguyện những kẻ ghét Si-ôn Bị hổ thẹn và lui lại sau.
6From the morning watch even until night, let Israel hope in the Lord.
6Nguyện chúng nó như cỏ nơi nóc nhà, Đã khô héo trước khi bị nhổ;
7Because with the Lord there is mercy: and with him plentiful redemption.
7Ngươi gặt không nắm đầy tay mình, Kẻ bó không gom đầy ôm mình;
8And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
8Những kẻ lại qua cũng không nói: Nguyện phước Đức Giê-hô-va giáng trên các ngươi! Chúng ta nhân danh Đức Giê-hô-va chúc phước cho các ngươi.
