1Unto the end, for them that shall he changed, a testimony for Asaph, a psalm.
1Đức Chúa Trời ôi! dân ngoại đã vào trong sản nghiệp Chúa, Làm ô uế đền thánh của Chúa, Và làm cho Giê-ru-sa-lem thành ra đống.
2Give ear, O thou that rulest Israel: thou that leadest Joseph like a sheep. Thou that sittest upon the cherubims, shine forth
2Chúng nó đã phó thây các tôi tớ Chúa Làm đồ ăn cho loài chim trời, Cũng đã phó thịt của các thánh Chúa cho muông thú của đất.
3Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasses. Stir up thy might, and come to save us.
3Chúng nó đổ huyết họ ra như nước ỳ chung quanh Giê-ru-sa-lem, Chẳng có ai chôn họ.
4Convert us, O God: and shew us thy face, and we shall be saved.
4Chúng tôi đã trở nên sự sỉ nhục cho kẻ lân cận mình, Vật nhạo báng và đồ chê cười cho những kẻ ở chung quanh chúng tôi.
5O Lord God of hosts, how long wilt thou be angry against the prayer of thy servant?
5Đức Giê-hô-va ôi! cho đến chừng nào? Ngài há sẽ giận đời đời sao? Sự phân bì Chúa há sẽ cháy như lửa ư?
6How long wilt thou feed us with the bread of tears: and give us for our drink tears in measure?
6Xin hãy đổ sự giận Chúa trên các dân không biết Chúa, Và trên các nước không cầu khẩn danh Chúa;
7Thou hast made us to be a contradiction to our neighbours: and our enemies have scoffed at us.
7Vì chúng nó đã ăn nuốt Gia-cốp, Và phá hoang chỗ ở người,
8O God of hosts, convert us: and shew thy face, and we shall be saved.
8Xin Chúa chớ nhớ lại mà kể cho chúng tôi các tội ác của tổ phụ chúng tôi; Nguyện sự thương xót Chúa mau mau đến đón rước chúng tôi, Vì chúng tôi lấy làm khốn khổ vô hồi.
9Thou hast brought a vineyard out of Egypt: thou hast cast cut the Gentiles and planted it.
9Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời về sự cứu rỗi chúng tôi, vì vinh hiển của danh Chúa, xin hãy giúp đỡ chúng tôi; Nhân danh Chúa, xin hãy giải cứu chúng tôi, và tha tội cho chúng tôi.
10Thou wast the guide of its journey in its sight: thou plantedst the roots thereof, and it filled the land.
10Vì cớ sao các dân nói rằng: Đức Chúa Trời chúng nó ở đâu? Nguyện sự báo thù huyết kẻ tôi tớ Chúa, mà đã bị đổ ra, Được biết giữa các dân, trước mặt chúng tôi.
11The shadow of it covered the hills: and the branches thereof the cedars of God.
11Nguyện tiếng than thở kẻ phu tù thấu đến trước mặt Chúa; Tùy quyền năng lớn lao của Chúa, xin hãy bảo hộ những kẻ đã bị định phải chết.
12It stretched forth its branches unto the sea, and its boughs unto the river.
12Hỡi Chúa, sự sỉ nhục mà kẻ lân cận chúng tôi đã làm cho Chúa, Xin hãy báo trả sự ấy gấp bằng bảy trong lòng chúng nó.
13Why hast thou broken down the hedge thereof, so that all they who pass by the way do pluck it?
13Còn chúng tôi là dân sự Chúa, và là bầy chiên của đồng cỏ Chúa, Chúng tôi sẽ cảm tạ Chúa mãi mãi; Từ đời nầy qua đời kia chúng tôi sẽ truyền ra sự ngợi khen Chúa.
14The boar out of the wood hath laid it waste: and a singular wild beast hath devoured it.

15Turn again, O God of hosts, look down from heaven, and see, and visit this vineyard:

16And perfect the same which thy right hand hath planted: and upon the son of man whom thou hast confirmed for thyself.

17Things set on fire and dug down shall perish at the rebuke of thy countenance.

19And we depart not from thee, thou shalt quicken us: and we will call upon thy name.
