1A psalm on Solomon.
1Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va, tôi nương náu mình nơi Ngài: Chớ hề để tôi bị hổ thẹn.
2Give to the king thy judgment, O God: and to the king’s son thy justice: To judge thy people with justice, and thy poor with judgment.
2Xin hãy lấy công bình Chúa giải cứu tôi, và làm tôi được thoát khỏi; Hãy nghiêng tai qua tôi, và cứu tôi.
3Let the mountains receive peace for the people: and the hills justice.
3Xin Chúa làm hòn đá dùng làm chỗ ở cho tôi, Hầu cho tôi được vào đó luôn luôn; Chúa đã ra lịnh cứu tôi, Vì Chúa là hòn đá và là đồn lũy tôi.
4He shall judge the poor of the people, and he shall save the children of the poor: and he shall humble the oppressor.
4Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời tôi, xin hãy cứu tôi khỏi tay kẻ ác, Khỏi tay kẻ bất nghĩa và người hung bạo.
5And he shall continue with the sun, and before the moon, throughout all generations.
5Vì, Chúa Giê-hô-va ôi, Chúa là sự trông đợi tôi, Và là sự tin cậy tôi từ buổi thơ ấu.
6He shall come down like rain upon the fleece; and as showers falling gently upon the earth.
6Tôi nương dựa trên Chúa từ lúc mới lọt lòng; Aáy là Chúa đã đem tôi ra khỏi lòng mẹ tôi: Tôi sẽ ngợi khen Chúa luôn luôn.
7In his days shall justice spring up, and abundance of peace, till the moon be taken sway.
7Tôi như sự lạ lùng cho nhiều người; Nhưng Chúa là nơi nương náu vững bền cho tôi,
8And he shall rule from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.
8Hằng ngày miệng tôi đầy sự ngợi khen Và sự tôn vinh Chúa.
9Before him the Ethiopians shall fall down: and his enemies shall lick the ground.
9Xin Chúa chớ từ bỏ tôi trong thì già cả; Cũng đừng lìa khỏi tôi khi sức tôi hao mòn.
10The kings of Tharsis and the islands shall offer presents: the kings of the Arabians and of Saba shall bring gifts:
10Vì những kẻ thù nghịch nói nghịch tôi, Những kẻ rình rập linh hồn tôi đồng mưu cùng nhau,
11And all kings of the earth shall adore him: all nations shall serve him.
11Mà rằng: Đức Chúa Trời đã bỏ hắn; Hãy đuổi theo bắt hắn, vì chẳng có ai giải cứu cho.
12For he shall deliver the poor from the mighty: and the needy that had no helper.
12Đức Chúa Trời ôi! xin chớ đứng xa tôi; Đức Chúa Trời tôi ôi! xin mau mau đến giúp đỡ tôi.
13He shall spare the poor and needy: and he shall save the souls of the poor.
13Nguyện những cừu địch linh hồn tôi bị hổ thẹn và tiêu diệt đi; Nguyện kẻ nào tìm làm hại tôi, bị bao phủ sỉ nhục và nhuốc nhơ.
14He shall redeem their souls from usuries and iniquity: and their names shall be honourable in his sight.
14Nhưng tôi sẽ trông cậy luôn luôn, Và ngợi khen Chúa càng ngày càng thêm.
15And he shall live, and to him shall be given of the gold of Arabia, for him they shall always adore: they shall bless him all the day.
15Hằng ngày miệng tôi sẽ thuật sự công bình và sự cứu rỗi của Chúa; Vì tôi không biết số nó được.
16And there shall be a firmament on the earth on the tops of mountains, above Libanus shall the fruit thereof be exalted: and they of the city shall flourish like the grass of the earth.
16Tôi sẽ đến thuật công việc quyền năng của Chúa Giê-hô-va; Tôi sẽ nói về sự công bình của Chúa, chỉ nói đến sự công bình của Chúa mà thôi.
17Let his name be blessed for evermore: his name continueth before the sun. And in him shall all the tribes of the earth be blessed: all nations shall magnify him.
17Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời, Chúa đã dạy tôi từ buổi thơ ấu; Cho đến bây giờ tôi đã rao truyền các công việc lạ lùng của Chúa.
18Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, who alone doth wonderful things.
18Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời, dầu khi tôi đã già và tóc bạc rồi, Xin chớ bỏ tôi, Cho đến chừng tôi đã truyền ra cho dòng dõi sau sức lực của Chúa, Và quyền thế Chúa cho mỗi người sẽ đến.
19And blessed be the name of his majesty for ever: and the whole earth shall be filled with his majesty. So be it. So be it.
19Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời, sự công bình Chúa rất cao. Chính Chúa đã làm công việc cả thể, Hỡi Đức Chúa Trời, ai giống như Chúa?
20The praises of David, the son of Jesse, are ended.
20Chúa là Đấng đã cho chúng tôi thấy vô số gian truân đắng cay, Sẽ làm cho chúng tôi được sống lại, Và đem chúng tôi lên khỏi vực sâu của đất.

23Môi và linh hồn tôi mà Chúa đã chuộc lại, Sẽ reo mừng khi tôi ca tụng Chúa.

24Cả ngày lưỡi tôi cũng sẽ nói lại sự công bình của Chúa; Vì những kẻ tìm làm hại tôi đã bị mất cỡ và hổ thẹn cả.
