1Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va, lòng tôi không kiêu ngạo, Mắt tôi không tự cao, Tôi cũng không tìm tòi những việc lớn, Hoặc những việc cao k” quá cho tôi.
1A Song of Ascents; of David. LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty; neither do I exercise myself in things too great, or in things too wonderful for me.
2Tôi đã làm cho linh hồn tôi êm dịu an tịnh, Như con trẻ dứt sữa bên mẹ mình; Linh hồn ở trong mình tôi cũng như con trẻ dứt sữa vậy.
2Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with his mother; my soul is with me like a weaned child.
3Hỡi Y-sơ-ra-ên, hãy trông cậy nơi Đức Giê-hô-va, Từ bây giờ cho đến đời đời.
3O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and for ever.
