Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
1I love that the LORD should hear my voice and my supplications.

2Because He hath inclined His ear unto me, therefore will I call upon Him all my days.
2Pwe a kotin kapaike do n ia karo n a, i me i pan likwir wo n i arain maur i.
3The cords of death compassed me, and the straits of the nether-world got hold upon me; I found trouble and sorrow.
3Jal en mela jali ia dier, o kamajak en pajed lel o n ia, i lel o n er kalokolok o mamauk.
4But I called upon the name of the LORD: 'I beseech thee, O LORD, deliver my soul.'
4I ap likwir won mar en leowa: Mai n leowa, kom kotin dorela maur i!
5Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is compassionate.

6The LORD preserveth the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me.

7Return, O my soul, unto Thy rest; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.

11I indinda ni ai injenjued: Aramaj karoj me likam!
12How can I repay unto the LORD all His bountiful dealings toward me?
12Iaduen i pan kak depuk o n leowa a kapai ia kan?
13I will lift up the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.

16I beseech Thee, O LORD, for I am Thy servant; I am Thy servant, the son of Thy handmaid; Thou hast loosed my bands.
