Psalms 33

World English Bible
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
1Rejoice in the LORD, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.
1KOMAIL me pu n kan polauleki Ieowa, me lelapok kan en kapi n a i.
2Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.
2Danke Ieowa o kapikapi n a ki men kaja n o kaule ki o n i jal en arp eijok.
3Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy!
3Kauleki o n i kaul kap pot, komail kanai o n arp o n il!
4For the LORD’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.
4Pwe maj an en Ieowa me inen o a wiawia kan karoj melel.
5He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of the LORD.
5A kin kotin pok o n me pu n o melel, jappa direki kala n an en Ieowa.
6By the LORD’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth.
6Nanla n wiaui kida majan en Ieowa o audepan a karoj ki n en en jila n i.
7He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.
7A kotin kolekol pena pil en madau dueta nan dal eu, o a kotin nekidala ad akan nan waja rir.
8Let all the earth fear the LORD. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
8Jappa karoj en lan Ieowa o karoj me kaukaujon nan jappa en wauneki i.
9For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.
9Pwe ma a kotin majanta, ap pan wiaui, o ma a kotin panokada, ap pan miela.
10The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
10Ieowa kin kotin kawela kapu n en men liki kan, o a kin kawukila madamadaua en wei kan.
11The counsel of the LORD stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
11A me Ieowa kileledier, pan duedueta, o me a kotin kupurada, pan kokolata.
12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
12Meid pai wei o, me Ieowa ar Kot, o wei, me a kotin pilada n a jojo.
13The LORD looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men.
13Ieowa kin kotin irero n aramaj akan karoj ja n nanla n .
14From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,
14A kotin irero n karoj, me kaujon jappa jan mol a teneten.
15he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works.
15A kotin wiadar mo n io n arail karoj, o a kotin ma n i ar wiawia kan karoj.
16There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
16Nanmarki amen jota pan pwai kida a karij toto, o ol komad amen jota pan dore kila a kelail.
17A horse is a vain thing for safety, neither does he deliver any by his great power.
17Oj akan pil jota kak jauaja ekij o a kelail melel jota kadepa.
18Behold, the LORD’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness,
18Kila n , jila n en Ieowa kin irero n o n me lan i, o me kaporoporeki a kala n an.
19to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine.
19Pwen kapit ir ala ja n ni mela o katekatu n ole ni anjau en lek.
20Our soul has waited for the LORD. He is our help and our shield.
20N en atail kin auiaui Ieowa, i me jauaj patail o pere patail.
21For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
21Pwe mo n io n atail kin peren kida i, pwe kitail kin liki mar a jaraui.
22Let your loving kindness be on us, LORD, since we have hoped in you.
22Mai n , Ieowa, omui kala n an en mi po at duen at kaporoporeki komui.
