Psalms 22

World English Bible
Kadede Kap (Pohnpeian New Testament and Psalms)
1My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
1A I Kot, ai Kot da me komui likidmalie kin ia la? I likelikwir, a jauaj pa i me doo.
2My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don’t answer; in the night season, and am not silent.
2Ai Kot, nin ran i kin likwir, a kom jota kin jape n , o ni po n I pil jota kin nenenla.
3But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
3Ari jo, komui ta me jaraui, komui me kotikot pan kaul en kapi n en Ijrael.
4Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
4Jam at akan liki komui, o ni ar liki, kom kotin jauaja irail er.
5They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
5Irail likwir o n komui, rap dorelar, re liki komui, rap jota namenokala.
6But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
6A n ai dueta kamatol amen, a kaidin ol amen, me aramaj akan kin lalaue o mamaleki.
7All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
7Karoj me kila n ia, kin lalaue, ia, jara paja n au arail o tuetual mo n arail:
8“He trusts in the LORD. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”
8A kin liki Ieowa, i en dorela i, o kamaioda i, pwe a kin kupura i.
9But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.
9Pwe komui kotin kaipwi ia ja n nan kaped en in ai; komui ta, me i liki ja n ni anjaun ai mi ni maramaran in ai.
10I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
10Ja n nan’ kaped en in ai i lokidokila n komui; komui ta ai Kot ja n ni anjaun ai mi pon kopan in ai.
11Don’t be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is no one to help.
11Kom der kotin doo ja n ia, pwe anjaun kalokolok korendor, ap jolar jauaj pa i.
12Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
12Kau ol kalaimun kan kapil ia penaer, o kau ol en Paja n kele ia pena.
13They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.
13Irail jara do n ia dueta laien weriwer o laualo amen.
14I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax. It is melted within me.
14N ai wudokilar dueta pil, ai kokon akan karoj muei paja n er, o mo n io n i pei paja n er nan kaped i dueta wi.
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
15Ai kelail n ala n al lar dueta diper en dal eu, o lo i pajada n pan n ata n at ai, o komui kin wia kin ia me melar amen.
16For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.
16Pwe kidi kan kapil ia pena, o pwin aramaj jued eu kele ia pena, irail kapore paja n pa i o na i kat.
17I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.
17I kak wadok kokon ai kan karoj; a irail kin kilekila n ap peren kida.
18They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.
18Re kin nek paja n ai likau kan nan pu n arail, o re doropweki ai likau pup.
19But don’t be far off, LORD. You are my help. Hurry to help me!
19A komui Mai n ender doo ja n ia! Ai kel mada n do o jauaja ia!
20Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.
20Dorela maur i ja n kodlaj, pwe me ta ieu, o ja n nan kel en kidi!
21Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, you have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen.
21Jauaja ia ja n nan au en laien, o dore ia la ja n oje en man laualo!
22I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you.
22I pan padaki o n ri ai kan duen mar omui, o i pan kapi n a komui nan momodijou.
23You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
23Kapi n a leowa komail me majak i, o kadaudok en Iakop en kali n a n ada i, o wan Ijrael karoj majak i.
24For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
24Pwe a jota kotin mamaleki de juedeki me luet akan; o a jota kotin karirila jila n i ja n irail; o ni a likwir o n i, a kotin erekier.
25My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
25I pan kapi n a komui nan momodijou kalaimun; i pan kapwaiada ai inau mon ir me lan i.
26The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
26Me luet akan en ma n a o medila, o me idok leowa, pan kapi n a i; n en omail pan me maureta kokolata.
27All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
27Ni imwin jap karoj re pan tamanda leowa, ap wuki o n i, o di en men liki karoj pan kaudoki o n i.
28For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
28Pwe wein leowa, o a kotin kaunda men liki kan.
29All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.
29Me wi kan karoj nin jappa pan ma n ama n a o kelepuki; karoj, me pan wiala pwel o jota kak kolekol maur ar, pan po n i i.
30Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.

31They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
