1My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
1အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား ၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို စွန့်ပစ် တော်မူသနည်း။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မကယ်တင် ဘဲ အကျွန်ုပ် အော်ဟစ် သော စကား ကို နား မထောင်ဘဲ အဘယ်ကြောင့်အဝေး မှာနေတော်မူသနည်း။
2My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don’t answer; in the night season, and am not silent.
2အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား ၊ နေ့ အခါအကျွန်ုပ်အော်ဟစ် သော်လည်း ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် နား မ ထောင်ပါ။ ညဉ့် အခါ အော်ဟစ်သော်လည်း သက်သာ ခြင်းသို့ မ ရောက်ပါ။
3But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
3ကိုယ်တော် မူကား ၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသားတို့ ချီးမွမ်း ရာ၌ ကျိန်းဝပ် လျက် သန့်ရှင်း ခြင်းရှိတော်မူ၏။
4Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
4အကျွန်ုပ် တို့ဘိုးဘေး တို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား ကြပါ၏။ ကိုးစား ကြသည်တွင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် ကယ်တင် တော်မူ၏။
5They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
5သူတို့သည် ကိုယ်တော် ကို အော်ဟစ် ၍ ကယ်တင် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ပါ၏။ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကိုးစား ၍ ရှက်ကြောက် ခြင်းနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် ကြပါ၏။
6But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
6အကျွန်ုပ် မူကား ၊ လူ မ ဟုတ်၊ ပိုး ကောင်မျှသာ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။ လူ များ ကဲ့ရဲ့ စရာ၊ လူစု အရှက် ခွဲစရာဘို့ ဖြစ်ပါ၏။
7All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
7အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုမြင် သမျှ သောသူတို့သည် ပြက်ယယ် ပြုခြင်း၊ နှုတ်ခမ်း ဖြဲ ခြင်း၊ ခေါင်း ညိတ် ခြင်းကို ပြုကြပါ၏။
8“He trusts in the LORD. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”
8သူသည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကိုးစား ပြီ၊ သူ့ ကို နှုတ် တော်မူပါလေစေ။ သူ ၌ အလို ရှိလျှင် ယခု ပင် ကယ်တင် တော်မူပါလေစေဟု ဆိုကြပါ၏။
9But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.
9သို့သော်လည်း ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကို အမိဝမ်း ထဲ က ဆွဲယူ ၍၊ နို့စို့သည်ကာလ၌ စိုးရိမ်ခြင်း အကြောင်းကို ပယ်ရှင်းတော်မူ၏။
10I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
10အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ဘွား ကတည်း ကပင် လက် တော် သို့ ရောက် ပါ၏။ အမိ ဝမ်း ထဲ မှစ၍ကိုယ်တော် သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ဘုရား သခင်ဖြစ်တော်မူပါပြီ။
11Don’t be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is no one to help.
11အကျွန်ုပ် နှင့် ဝေး ဝေးနေတော်မ မူပါနှင့်။ ဘေး အန္တရာယ် ရောက်လုနီး ပါပြီ။ မစ သောသူမ ရှိပါ။
12Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
12နွားလား ဥသဘတို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဝိုင်း ၍၊ အားကြီး သော ဗာရှန် ဥသဘတို့သည် ဝန်းရံ လျက် နေကြ ပါ၏။
13They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.
13ကိုက် ဖြတ်၍ ဟောက် တတ်သော ခြင်္သေ့ ကဲ့သို့အကျွန်ုပ် ကို ပစပ် ဟ ကြပါ၏။
14I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax. It is melted within me.
14အကျွန်ုပ်သည် ရေ ကဲ့သို့ သွန် ခြင်းကို ခံရ၍ ၊ အရိုး အဆစ်ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် ပြုတ် ကြပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် နှလုံး သည် ဘယောင်း ကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ ရင် ထဲမှာ အရည် ကျိုလျက် ရှိပါ၏။
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
15အကျွန်ုပ် ခွန်အား သည် အိုး ခြမ်းကဲ့သို့ ခန်းခြောက် ၍ ၊ လျှာ လည်း ပါး ရိုး၌ ကပ် လျက်ရှိပါ၏။ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို သေ မြေ တိုင်အောင်ချ တော်မူပါပြီ။
16For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.
16ခွေး တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုဝိုင်း လျက်၊ စုဝေး သော လူဆိုး တို့သည် ဝန်းရံ လျက်နေ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ၏ လက် ခြေ တို့ကို ထိုးဖောက် ကြပါပြီ။
17I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.
17ကိုယ် အရိုး ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို အကျွန်ုပ်ရေတွက် နိုင် ပါ၏။ သူ တို့သည် အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုကြည့် မြင်၍ အား ရလျက် နေကြပါ၏။
18They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.
18အကျွန်ုပ် အဝတ် ကို အချင်းချင်း ဝေဖန် ၍ ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အင်္ကျီ ကို စာရေးတံ ချ ကြပါ၏။
19But don’t be far off, LORD. You are my help. Hurry to help me!
19အိုထာဝရဘုရား ၊ အကျွန်ုပ်နှင့်ဝေး ဝေးနေတော် မ မူပါနှင့်။ အကျွန်ုပ် ခွန်အား ဗလ၊ အကျွန်ုပ် ကို မစ ခြင်းငှါအလျင်အမြန်ကြွလာ တော်မူပါ။
20Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.
20အကျွန်ုပ် အသက် ကို ထား ဘေးမှ ၎င်း၊ အကျွန်ုပ် အချစ် ဆုံးကို ခွေး လက် မှ ၎င်း ကယ် လွတ်တော်မူပါ။
21Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, you have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen.
21ခြင်္သေ့ ခံတွင်း မှ အကျွန်ုပ် ကိုကယ် တင်၍ ၊ ကြံ့ ဦးချို ထဲ မှာ အကျွန်ုပ် ခေါ်သောအသံကို နားထောင် တော်မူ ပါ။
22I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you.
22အကျွန်ုပ် သည် သိတင်း တော်ကို ညီအစ် ကိုတို့ အား ကြား ပြောပါမည်။ ပရိသတ် အလယ် မှာ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ပါမည်။
23You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
23ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သော အချင်းတို့၊ ချီးမွမ်း ခြင်းကို ပြုကြလော့။ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့၊ ဂုဏ် ကျေးဇူးတော်ကို ဘော်ပြကြပါလော့။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး အပေါင်း တို့၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြလော့။
24For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
24အကြောင်း မူကား၊ နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူ၏ နှိမ့်ချ သောအဖြစ်ကို မထီမဲ့မြင် ပြုတော်မူသည်မဟုတ်။ မျက်နှာ တော်ကိုမ လွှဲ ၊ အော်ဟစ် သောအခါ နားထောင် တော်မူပြီ။
25My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
25အကျွန်ုပ်သည် မဟာ ပရိသတ် အလယ် မှာ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ချီးမွမ်း ၍ ၊ ကိုယ်တော် ကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ သောသူတို့ ရှေ့ မှာ၊ သစ္စာ ဂတိထားသည်အတိုင်း သစ္စာ ဝတ်ကို ဖြေပါမည်။
26The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
26နှိမ့်ချ လျက်ရှိသောသူတို့ သည် ဝ စွာစား ရကြ လိမ့်မည်။ ထာဝရဘုရား ကိုရှာ သောသူတို့သည် ချီးမွမ်း ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သင် တို့စိတ် နှလုံးသည် အစဉ် အမြဲအား ဖြည့်ရလိမ့်မည်။
27All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
27မြေကြီး စွန်း ရှိသမျှ တို့သည် သတိရ ၍ ၊ ထာဝရဘုရား ထံ တော်သို့ ပြောင်း လဲကြလိမ့်မည်။ လူ အမျိုး အနွယ် အပေါင်း တို့သည် ရှေ့ တော်၌ ကိုးကွယ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။
28For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
28အကြောင်း မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား သည် စိုးစံ ပိုင်တော်မူ၏။ လူမျိုး တို့ကို မင်း ပြုတော်မူ၏။
29All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.
29မြေကြီး ပေါ်မှာ ကြွယ်ဝ သောသူအပေါင်း တို့ သည် စား ၍ ကိုးကွယ် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ကိုယ် အသက် ကိုမ စောင့် နိုင်။ မြေမှုန့် သို့ဆင်း ရသောသူအပေါင်း တို့သည်လည်း၊ ရှေ့ တော်၌ ညွတ် ပြတ်ဝပ်တွားကြလိမ့်မည်။
30Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
30သူ တို့အမျိုး အနွယ်သည်လည်း ဝတ် တော်ကို ပြုသဖြင့်၊ လူအစဉ် အဆက်တို့သည် ထာဝရ ဘုရား၏ သိတင်းတော်ကို ကြား ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
31They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
31ဤသို့ စီရင် တော်မူပြီးမှသူတို့သည်ပေါ် လာ၍ ၊ တရား သောအမှုတော်ကိုဘွား သောလူမျိုး အား ဘော်ပြ ရကြလိမ့်မည်။
