8The sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

9The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raama, Sabteca. The sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.

10Cush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one on the earth.

11Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,

14the Jebusite, the Amorite, the Girgashite,

17The sons of Shem: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, Aram, Uz, Hul, Gether, and Meshech.
17ရှေမ သား ကားဧလံ ၊ အာရှု ၊ အာဖာဇဒ် ၊ လုဒ ၊ အာရံ ၊ ဥဇ ၊ ဟုလ ၊ ဂေသာ ၊ မာရှ တည်း။
18Arpachshad became the father of Shelah, and Shelah became the father of Eber.
18အာဖာဇဒ် သား ကားရှာလ ၊ ရှာလ သား ကား ဟေဗာ တည်း။
19To Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
19ဟေဗာ သည်လည်း သား နှစ် ယောက်ကို မြင် လေ၏။ သားတယောက် ကား ဖာလက် အမည် ရှိ၏။ အကြောင်း မူကား၊ သူ ၏လက်ထက် ၌ မြေကြီး ကို ခွဲဝေ ကြ ၏။ သူ ၏ညီ ကား ယုတ္တန် အမည် ရှိ၏။
20Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
20ယုတ္တန် သား ကား အာလမောဒန် ၊ ရှေလပ် ၊ ဟာဇာမာဝက် ၊ ယေရ၊
21Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
21ဟဒေါရံ ၊ ဥဇာလ ၊ ဒိကလ၊

22ဩဗာလ ၊ အဘိမေလ ၊ ရှေဘ၊
23Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
23ဩဖိရ ၊ ဟဝိလ ၊ ယောဗပ် ၊ ဤ သူအပေါင်း တို့ သည် ယုတ္တန် သား ဖြစ်ကြသတည်း။
24Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,

28The sons of Abraham: Isaac and Ishmael.

29These are their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebaioth; then Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam,

30Mishma, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema,

31Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah. These are the sons of Ishmael.
31ယေတုရ ၊ နာဖီရှ ၊ ကေဒမာ တည်းဟူသော ဣရှမေလ သား တည်း။
32The sons of Keturah, Abraham’s concubine: she bore Zimran, Jokshan, Medan, Midian, Ishbak, and Shuah. The sons of Jokshan: Sheba and Dedan.
32အာဗြဟံ မယား နှောင်းကေတုရ သား ကားဇိမရံ ၊ ယုတ်ရှန် ၊ မေဒန် ၊ မိဒျန် ၊ ဣရှဘတ် ၊ ရှုအာ တည်း။ ယုတ်ရှန် သား ကား ရှာဘ နှင့် ဒေဒန် တည်း။
33The sons of Midian: Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.
33မိဒျန် သား ကား ဧဖာ ၊ ဧဖေရ ၊ ဟာနုတ် ၊ အဘိဒ၊ ဧလဓာ တည်းဟူသော ကေတုရ သား မြေးတည်း။
34Abraham became the father of Isaac. The sons of Isaac: Esau and Israel.
34အာဗြဟံ သား ကားဣဇာက် ၊ ဣဇာက် သား ကား ဧသော နှင့် ဣသရေလ တည်း။
35The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, Jeush, Jalam, and Korah.
35ဧသော သား ကား ဧလိဖတ် ၊ ရွေလ ၊ ယုရှ ၊ ယာလံ ၊ ကောရ တည်း။
36The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, Omar, Zephi, Gatam, Kenaz, Timna, and Amalek.
36ဧလိဖတ် သား ကား တေမန် ၊ ဩမရ ၊ ဇေပေါ် ၊ ဂါတံ ၊ ကေနတ် မှစ၍တိမန တွင် ရသောသား အာမလက် တည်း။
37The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah.
37ရွေလ သား ကား နာဟတ်၊ ဇေရ ၊ ရှမ္မ ၊ မိဇ္ဇ တည်း။
38The sons of Seir: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.
38စိရ သား ကားလောတန် ၊ ရှောဗလ ၊ ဇိဘောင် ၊ အာန ၊ ဒိရှုန် ၊ ဧဇာ ၊ ဒိရှန် တည်း။
39The sons of Lotan: Hori and Homam; and Timna was Lotan’s sister.
39လောတန် သား ကား ဟောရိ နှင့် ဟေမံ တည်း။ လောတန် နှမ ကား တိမန တည်း။
40The sons of Shobal: Alian, Manahath, Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. The sons of Zibeon: Aiah and Anah.
40ရှောဗလ သား ကားအာလာဝန် ၊ မနာဟတ် ၊ ဧဗာလ ၊ ရှေဖော ၊ ဩနံ တည်း။ ဇိဘောင် သား ကား အာယ နှင့် အာန တည်း။
41The son of Anah: Dishon. The sons of Dishon: Hamran, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran.
41အာန သား ကား ဒိရှုန် ၊ ဒိရှုန် သား ကားဟင်္ဒန်၊ ဧရှဗန် ၊ ဣသရန် ၊ ခေရန် တည်း။
42The sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Jaakan. The sons of Dishan: Uz and Aran.
42ဧဇာ သား ကား ဗိလဟန် ၊ ဇာဝန် ၊ အာကန် တည်း။ ဒိရှန် သား ကား ဥဇ နှင့် အာရန် တည်း။
43Now these are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom, before any king reigned over the children of Israel: Bela the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.
43ဣသရေလ အမျိုး ၌ အစိုးရ သောမင်းကြီးမ ရှိမှီ ဧဒုံ ပြည် ၌ အစိုးရ သော မင်းကြီး ဟူမူကား ၊ ဗောရ သား ဗေလ သည် ဒိန္နာဗာ မြို့ ၌မင်းပြု၏။
44Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place.
44ဗေလ မင်းသေ ၍ သူ ၏အရာ ၌ ဗောဇရ အရပ်သားဇေရ ၏ သား ယောဗပ် သည် မင်း ပြုလေ၏။
45Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place.
45ယောဗပ် မင်းသေ ၍ သူ ၏အရာ ၌ တေမာနိ အရပ်သား ဟုရှံ သည် မင်း ပြုလေ၏။
46Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who struck Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Avith.
46ဟုရှံ မင်းသေ ၍ မောဘ လွင်ပြင် ၌ မိဒျန် လူတို့ကို လုပ်ကြံ သောသူ၊ ဗေဒဒ် သား ဟာဒဒ် သည် ဟုရှံအရာ ၌ မင်း ပြုလေ၏။ မြို့ တော်ကား အာဝိတ် မြို့တည်း။
47Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place.
47ဟာဒဒ် မင်းသေ ၍ သူ ၏အရာ ၌မာသရက် အရပ်သား စာမလ သည် မင်း ပြုလေ၏။
48Samlah died, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the River reigned in his place.
48စာမလ မင်းသေ ၍ သူ ၏အရာ ၌ မြစ် နားမှာ နေသောရဟောဘုတ် အရပ်သား ရှောလ သည် မင်း ပြု လေ၏။
49Shaul died, and Baal Hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place.
49ရှောလ မင်းသေ ၍ သူ ၏အရာ ၌ အာခဗော် သား ဗာလဟာနန် သည် မင်း ပြုလေ၏။
50Baal Hanan died, and Hadad reigned in his place; and the name of his city was Pai. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
50ဗာလဟာနန် မင်းသေ ၍ သူ ၏အရာ ၌ ဟာဒါ သည် မင်း ပြုလေ၏။ မြို့ တော်ကားပေါ မြို့တည်း။ မြောက် သားတော်ကား မေဇဟပ် သမီး ဖြစ်သော မာတရေဒ ၏ သမီး မဟေတဗေလ တည်း။
51Then Hadad died. The chiefs of Edom were: chief Timna, chief Aliah, chief Jetheth,
51ဟာဒါ မင်းသေ သောနောက် ဧဒုံ ပြည်၌ ဗိုလ် လုပ်သောသူဟူမူကား၊ ဗိုလ် တိမနာ ၊ ဗိုလ် အာလဝ ၊ ဗိုလ် ယေသက်၊
52chief Oholibamah, chief Elah, chief Pinon,
52ဗိုလ် အဟောလိဗာမ ၊ ဗိုလ် ဧလာ ၊ ဗိုလ် ပိနုန်၊
53chief Kenaz, chief Teman, chief Mibzar,
53ဗိုလ် ကေနတ် ၊ ဗိုလ် တေမန် ၊ ဗိုလ် မိဗဇ၊
54chief Magdiel, and chief Iram. These are the chiefs of Edom.
54ဗိုလ် မာဂဒေလ ၊ ဗိုလ် ဣရံ တည်းဟူသော ဤသူတို့သည် ဧဒုံ ဗိုလ် များဖြစ်သတည်း။
