1My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?
1我的上帝，我的上帝！為甚麼離棄我？ 為甚麼 遠離不救我？不聽我唉哼的言語？
2My God, I cry in the daytime, but you don’t answer; in the night season, and am not silent.
2我的上帝啊，我白日呼求，你不應允， 夜間呼求，並不住聲。
3But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.
3但你是聖潔的， 是用 以色列 的讚美為寶座的。
4Our fathers trusted in you. They trusted, and you delivered them.
4我們的祖宗倚靠你； 他們倚靠你，你便解救他們。
5They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.
5他們哀求你，便蒙解救； 他們倚靠你，就不羞愧。
6But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
6但我是蟲，不是人， 被眾人羞辱，被百姓藐視。
7All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,
7凡看見我的都嗤笑我； 他們撇嘴搖頭， 說 ：
8“He trusts in the LORD. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”
8他把 自己 交託耶和華，耶和華可以救他吧！ 耶和華既喜悅他，可以搭救他吧！
9But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.
9但你是叫我出母腹的； 我在母懷裏，你就使我有倚靠的心。
10I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
10我自出母胎就被交在你手裏； 從我母親生我，你就是我的上帝。
11Don’t be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is no one to help.
11求你不要遠離我！ 因為急難臨近了，沒有人幫助我。
12Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
12有許多公牛圍繞我， 巴珊 大力的公牛四面困住我。
13They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.
13牠們向我張口， 好像抓撕吼叫的獅子。
14I am poured out like water. All my bones are out of joint. My heart is like wax. It is melted within me.
14我如水被倒出來； 我的骨頭都脫了節； 我心在我裏面如蠟鎔化。
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.
15我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片； 我的舌頭貼在我牙床上。 你將我安置在死地的塵土中。
16For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.
16犬類圍着我，惡黨環繞我； 他們扎了我的手，我的腳。
17I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.
17我的骨頭，我都能數過； 他們瞪着眼看我。
18They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.
18他們分我的外衣， 為我的裏衣拈鬮。
19But don’t be far off, LORD. You are my help. Hurry to help me!
19耶和華啊，求你不要遠離我！ 我的救主啊，求你快來幫助我！
20Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.
20求你救我的靈魂脫離刀劍， 救我的生命脫離犬類，
21Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, you have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen.
21救我脫離獅子的口； 你已經應允我，使我脫離野牛的角。
22I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you.
22我要將你的名傳與我的弟兄， 在會中我要讚美你。
23You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!
23你們敬畏耶和華的人要讚美他！ 雅各 的後裔都要榮耀他！ 以色列 的後裔都要懼怕他！
24For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.
24因為他沒有藐視憎惡受苦的人， 也沒有向他掩面； 那受苦之人呼籲的時候，他就垂聽。
25My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
25我在大會中讚美你的話是從你而來的； 我要在敬畏耶和華的人面前還我的願。
26The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
26謙卑的人必吃得飽足； 尋求耶和華的人必讚美他。 願你們的心永遠活着！
27All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.
27地的四極都要想念耶和華，並且歸順他； 列國的萬族都要在你面前敬拜。
28For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
28因為國權是耶和華的； 他是管理萬國的。
29All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.
29地上一切豐肥的人必吃喝而敬拜； 凡下到塵土中－不能存活自己性命的人 －都要在他面前下拜。
30Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
30他必有後裔事奉他； 主所行的事必傳與後代。
31They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
31他們必來把他的公義傳給將要生的民， 言明這事是他所行的。
