1Sing aloud to God, our strength! Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob!

1ငါ တို့ အစွမ်း သတ္တိတည်းဟူသော ဘုရား သခင်အား ရွှင်လန်းစွာ သီချင်း ဆိုကြလော့။ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်အား ကျူးဧ သောအသံကို ပြုကြလော့။

2Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, the pleasant lyre with the harp.

2တုရိယာ မျိုးကိုဆောင် ကြ။ ပတ်သာ ကို၎င်း၊ သာယာ သော စောင်း နှင့် တယော ကို၎င်း ယူ ခဲ့ကြ။

3Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, at the full moon, on our feast day.

3လဆန်း နေ့၊ လပြည့် နေ့၊ ပွဲသဘင် နေ့ ၌ တံပိုး မှုတ်ကြ။

4For it is a statute for Israel, an ordinance of the God of Jacob.

4ထိုသို့ ဣသရေလ အမျိုး၌ ထုံးဖွဲ့ ၍၊ ယာကုပ် အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား သခင်သည် ဆုံးဖြတ် တော်မူ၏။

5He appointed it in Joseph for a covenant, when he went out over the land of Egypt, I heard a language that I didn’t know.

5နား မ လည်သော စကား ကိုကြား ရာအရပ်၊ အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် တဘက် ၌ ကြွသွား တော်မူသောအခါ ၊ ယောသပ် အမျိုး၌ ထိုသို့ သော သက်သေခံ ချက်ကို စီရင် တော်မူ၏။

6“I removed his shoulder from the burden. His hands were freed from the basket.

6ငါသည်သူ ၏ ပခုံး ကိုဝန် နှင့် လွတ် စေ၏။ သူ ၏ လက် ကိုလည်း ကယ်တင်ခြင်းတို့ အထဲ က နှုတ် ယူ၏။

7You called in trouble, and I delivered you. I answered you in the secret place of thunder. I tested you at the waters of Meribah.” Selah.

7သင်သည်ဒုက္ခ ကိုခံရသောအခါ ၊ ငါ့ကိုခေါ် ၍ ငါသည်ချမ်းသာ ပေး၏။ မ ထင်ရှားသော မိုဃ်းကြိုး နေရာ ၌ ငါပြန် ပြော၏။ မေရိဘ ရေ နား မှာ သင့် ကို ငါစုံစမ်း ၏။

8“Hear, my people, and I will testify to you, Israel, if you would listen to me!

8ငါ ၏လူစု ၊ နားထောင် လော့။ ငါမှာ ထားမည်။ အိုဣသရေလ အမျိုး၊ သင်သည် ငါ့ စကားကို နားထောင် ပါစေသော။

9There shall be no strange god in you, neither shall you worship any foreign god.

9သင် ၌ တပါး အမျိုး၏ ဘုရား မ ရှိ ရ။ တကျွန်း တနိုင်ငံဘုရား ကို မ ကိုးကွယ် ရ။

10I am the LORD, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

10ငါ သည်သင့် ကို အဲဂုတ္တု ပြည် မှ ကယ်နှုတ်ဆောင် ယူခဲ့ပြီးသောသင် ၏ဘုရား သခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ဖြစ်၏။ သင် ၏နှုတ် ကို ကျယ်ကျယ်ဖွင့် လော့။ ဝပြော စွာ ကျွေး မည်။

11But my people didn’t listen to my voice. Israel desired none of me.

11ငါ ၏လူ များမူကား ၊ ငါ့ စကား ကို နား မ ထောင်ကြ။ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ငါ့ ကို အလို မ ရှိကြပါတကား။

12So I let them go after the stubbornness of their hearts, that they might walk in their own counsels.

12ငါသည်လည်း ထိုသူ တို့ကို သူ တို့ နှလုံး ခိုင်မာ ခြင်း၌ အပ် ၍၊ သူတို့သည် မိမိ တို့အလို သို့ လိုက် ကြ၏။

13Oh that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my ways!

13ငါ ၏လူစု သည် ငါ့ စကားကို နားထောင် ၍၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသည် ငါ့ လမ်း ၌ လိုက် ပါစေသော။

14I would soon subdue their enemies, and turn my hand against their adversaries.

14လိုက်လျှင် ငါသည်သူ တို့ရန်သူ များကို အလျင် အမြန် နှိပ်စက် ၍ ၊ ရန်ဘက် ပြုသောသူတို့ကို ဒဏ်ခတ် မည်။

15The haters of the LORD would cringe before him, and their punishment would last forever.

15ထာဝရဘုရား ကို မုန်း သောသူတို့သည် တောင်းပန် ခြင်းကို ပြု၍၊ ငါ၏ လူတို့သည်လည်း၊ အစဉ် အမြဲတည် ရသောအခွင့်ရှိ ကြလိမ့်မည်။

16But he would have also fed them with the finest of the wheat. I will satisfy you with honey out of the rock.”

16အကောင်း ဆုံးသော ဆန် စပါးနှင့် ငါကျွေး မည်။ ကျောက် ထဲ က ထွက်သောပျားရည် နှင့် လည်း ဝပြော စေမည်။
